In his feedback to the New Zealand Royal Commission of Inquiry in the Covid Response: Phase II, Snoopman took aim at the NZ’s Security Intelligence Service for their ‘failure’ to call out how the country was being played for geopolitical purposes.

With minor edits, this illustrated version constitutes former Māori Television news and current affairs editor Steve Snoopman’s feedback to the Commission. He snoop-splains that a supranational deep state network made synchronistic moves to signal their cooperation to advance the plandemic, in accordance with numerous pandemic simulation exercises that rehearsed all the features of draconian measures inflicted on about two-thirds of the world’s population during the Great Corona Hostage Crisis.

With a multitude of examples from news stories, Snoopman lays bare the numerical drops featuring the prime number 33, to show this Covid Cartel’s synchronistic moves in across the world. They were, in effect, codified ‘signals intelligence’ featuring hostage exchange rituals known well enough to those schooled in applied game theory.

And Snoopman stated his considered opinion that the top spooks at NZSIS took an ‘eyes wide shut’ approach to ‘fail’ to discern the recurrent drops of the recidivist number 33, acting as signals of cooperation, caution and telegraphing hidden goals.

RE: Feedback to the NZ Royal Commission Covid-19 Response Inquiry

My life was upended at the beginning of the plandemic, and it took me until the beginning of June 2024 to start to regain stability. This is a slice of my research.

Elements of the ‘Covid Cartel’ made synchronistic moves to signal their cooperation to advance the plandemic, in accordance with numerous pandemic simulation exercises that rehearsed all the features of the draconian measures inflicted on about two-thirds of the world’s population.

These synchronistic moves included embedding news conferences with the number 33, to signify unity among the key insiders occupying key administrative posts in various jurisdictions across the United Nations’ system of member states.

This creepy signalling occurred during the early phases of the so-called ‘pandemic’, by way of federal, state and county officials dropping the number 33 into the corona figures as cases, deaths and crisis meta-data to codify their compliance.

Once various jurisdictions, including officials from public health agencies, had signalled their cooperation to the game, those malign actors steering this hybrid health war got on with the crisis measures to cause health harms, upend communities and to trigger economic destabilization amid a vectorized contagion of fear.

Since this signalling also occurred in this far flung South Pacific archipelago, the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS), need to be grilled about their ‘failure’ to call out how the country was being played for geopolitical purposes, as I show it was during the Great Corona Hostage Crisis (2020-2023). After all, the SIS are charged with protecting the nation’s security and economy. As it will become apparent from the multitude of examples laid bare in this feedback [dispatch], the synchronistic moves were, in effect, codified ‘signals intelligence’ featuring hostage exchange rituals known well enough to those schooled in applied game theory.

Game theory was developed during the Cold War to stabilize the power structures of the Russian Empire and the American Empire. In their paper, “Resolving social conflicts through hostage posting: theoretical and empirical considerations”, Gideon Keren and Werner Raub noted that “tacit communications of threats and promises are two major message strategies used to influence the behaviours of others”. Being seen to advance the game with parallel, or mirrored moves, is a mechanism to construct stability and is predicated on a provisional promise to cooperate, if other players post hostages too. These rituals create meta-data for criminal investigations into crimes of power.

As such, I would find it implausible if the country’s top spooks did not discern the recurrent drops of the recidivist number 33 as signals of cooperation, caution and to telegraph hidden objectives. Ergo, it’s my considered opinion that the top spooks at NZSIS took an eyes wide shut approach to what was really the Great Corona Hostage Crisis, and in effect they sat on their haunches while the scaremongering scientism held sway. And while the crucial matters about how ‘coronavirus’ had been bioengineered, patented, and shared among biolabs, became sacred cow topics that only elephants in newsrooms could parade while new anchors stuck to their scripts.

The ‘Great Corona Hostage Crisis’ was treated as a ‘live exercise’ by the United Nations, including the World Health Organization, and the world’s major and significant states. The meta-data of Covid cases, death tolls and key associated events of the Covid-19 Plandemic were encoded with numbers, especially 33, particularly between January 22 and 30 August 30, 2020. [The U.N.’s Global Preparedeness Monitoring Board issued a directive on September 18 2019, for at least two pandemic exercises to occur by September 2020, with at least one exercise featuring the deliberate release of a respiratory pathogen. [See: “A World at Risk”]. Officials deployed the number 33 to signal collusion in the U.N.’s Corona World Games by chalking up this milestone number — as weird as it sounds. The Covid meta-data points to a blueprint designed by a supranational deep state network, or synarchy. This centralized supreme group inflicted the ‘Covid PlanPanic Health Emergency’ as a covert form of bio-terrorism to reset the world with a bio-security system.

Jurisdictions across the world treated the ‘pandemic’ as the United Nations’ second global pandemic exercise, to meet the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board’s directive for member nations to conduct at least two such exercises, with at least one involving the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen, by September 2020.

New York State clocked up a Covid death toll of 33,000 first, on 31st August 2020, making the deadline.¹

The numerical ‘drops’ lurk like special agents in the meta-data of events to signal solidarity, as well as caution to gatekeepers to manage scandals, crises and probes.

In other words, since such signalling was obvious to those attuned to such numerical ‘drops’, even before the World Health Organizaton declared a pandemic on March 11 2020 — you have to wonder how much the top spooks at SIS Down Under inform their Director, a career bureaucrat who quite possibly believes the official narrative of 9/11.

Poignantly, the technological know-how about manipulating whole societies with fear, hope and rewards was literally mapped by the CIA-funded MK-ULTRA mindcontrol, brainwashing and behavioural modifications experiments conducted from 1953 to 1964, when the program was renamed MK-SEARCH until 1972, when it was shutdown, as The Minds of Men documentary compellingly shows.²

Corona World Games: The New Zealand Experiment

During the onset of the plandemic in the southern autumn of 2020, the Ardern Government signalled its compliance to the United Nations’ second global pandemic exercise. The U.N.’s Global Preparedness Monitoring Board’s had issued a directive for member nations to conduct at least two such exercises, with at least one involving the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen — by September 2020.

The first global pandemic exercise was Event 201, that took place in Gotham City on October 18th 2019, and featured the natural outbreak of a species-jumping, jet-setting zoonotic bat-pig coronavirus. It actually occurred precisely one month after the U.N.’s Global Preparedness Monitoring Board (GPMB), published its forebodingly titled report, “A World At Risk”. Among the members of this GPMB was Big Pharma’s sugar daddy, Dr. Antony Fauci, who had become the J. Edgar Hoover of public health as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) — for 38 years. Fauci was ‘the gift that kept on giving’ cash, white coats and rigged trials.

On February 14 2020, Associated Press of Pakistan reported that 33 countries, including New Zealand, that had sent medical supplies to China. On March 23 2020, the flight booking franchise, Flight Centre, symbolically signalled New Zealand was about to close it’s borders when its boss announced it would shut 33 stores nationwide.

The South Pacific archipelago of New Zealand maintained a nationwide house arrest regime with the highest Level 4 ‘lockdown’ for 33 days, amid a state of emergency.

After N.Z. had been at Alert Level 3 for 33 days, ‘Sensitive’ Cabinet Papers were ‘leaked’ to newspaper chain, Stuff, showing that N.Z.’s National Crisis Management Centre believed the country could have been at Alert Level 1. That thinking was contingent upon no community transmissions in 28 days, and on confidence in the border restrictions regime that took advantage of the far-flung archipelago’s natural moat, the South Pacific Ocean. This strategic leak provided some controversy, while also working to signal that N.Z. was adhering to the forces governing Corona World Games by leaking internal discussion about this second lock-down period, at 33-days.

In his book The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health, Robert F. Kennedy Jr, found border shutdowns, business closures and quarantining of the healthy were frequent pandemic script elements in 17 pandemic exercises that had preceded the plandemic. And all 17 outbreak exercises favored mass vaccinations as the primary solution to ‘re-win freedom’, he observed.³[See also: The Real Anthony Fauci part 1 and part 2]

During the first 33-day nationwide curfew at Level 4, Andrew Coster became the country’s 33rd Police Commissioner on April 4 (4.4.2020). Coster oversaw the development of firearms reforms introduced by the Government following the March 2019 Christchurch Mosques Massacre. At the time, his father, Professor Gregor Coster, was Dean of Victoria University’s Faculty of Health in Wellington.

On April 13th 2020, 1News reported there were 33 Covid-19 cases associated with the Rosewood Rest Home cluster. This rest home cluster was part of the psycho-drama.

The prime number 13 is frequently used by Old Boys’ Networks, or Brotherhoods, around the world to signal unity, fraternal love and to procure marriage arrangements, as shown in “13 in the Numbers of Chris Luxon's Career Path”.

On April 30th 2020, the New Zealand Herald reported there were 33 countries that had still reported no coronavirus cases. Among them were Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Tokelau, Niue, Nauru, Kiribati, Cook Islands, Solomon Islands, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.

Was it merely coincidence that Aucklanders were told via the NZ Herald (Sept. 7 2020) that the exact number of ‘mystery cases’ was 33 and that this number needed to be cut for Auckland City to go down to level 3? And then, six days later on September 13th, the Ministry of Health claimed that there were precisely 33 new Delta cases?

This news of 33 new Covid-19 community cases had been used by NZ PM Jacinda Ardern’s Cabinet to justify extending the Level 4 Lockdown for another seven days for a city of 1.6 million humans. At 1:30pm on September 13th 2021, TVNZ, NZ Herald, Stuff, and other news outlets started reporting 33 new community cases in Auckland.*

This meant Auckland remained at Level 4 lockdown until September 21.

* Stuff is actually a newspaper chain, not a storage warehouse franchise for hoarders, as the name suggests, and began life as Fairfax's online brand.

Corona World Games: International

The ‘Corona Plandemic’ was treated as a ‘live exercise’ by the United Nations, including the World Health Organization, and the world’s major and significant states. The meta-data of covid cases, death tolls and key associated events of this ‘corona plandemic’ were encoded with numbers, especially 33, between January 22 and 30 August 30, 2020. Officials deployed the number 33 to signal collusion by chalking up this milestone number.⁴

Not coincidently, New York State clocked up a Covid death toll of 33,000 first, on 31st August 2020, making the deadline, and in effect won a gold medal in what the Snoopman coined as the ‘Corona World Games’, which had had many rehearsals.

By mid-March and early April 2020, the key insiders of the Techno-Feudalist Global Élite positioned in numerous states, counties and cities across the mangled Remnant 1st Republic of America and around the world — curiously reported their jurisdictions had 33 Covid-19 cases, or 33 new cases, or 33 dead, or otherwise used the number 33 to report Covid-related statistics.

The recurrence of the number — 33 — as a milestone figure in the 1^st Wave and 2^nd Wave of the 2^nd Exercise of the United Nations’ Corona World Games — is consistent with applied game theory to a health war.

A sample of codified comms follows: On February 7, 2020, the Strait Times reported Singapore raised alert level as coronavirus cases jumped to 33; on February 27, 2020, the Sacramento Bee reported that California Governor Gavin Newsom described 33 coronavirus cases, while the state called the latest coronavirus patient a “turning point”; on March 7, 2020, Reuters reported that Governor Andrew Cuomo said coronavirus cases in New York State increased to 33; Ship Technology (April 22, 2020) reported 33 confirmed cases of Covid-19 were on board cruise ship in Japan; Turkey’s Anadolu Agency reported 11 March 2020, that France’s coronavirus death toll reached 33; Reuters reported March 21 2020, the UK coronavirus death toll rose by 33 to 177; VOA reported March 27 2020 that Scotland clocked up 1,059 coronavirus cases and 33 deaths; Reuters stated April 18, 2020 that Thailand reported 33 new coronavirus cases, and no new deaths; on April 20, 2020, the Chicago Sun-Times stated that Illinois reported 33 more COVID-19 deaths as total cases surpassed 30K; the Ireland Journal reported 11 April 2020 that 33 deaths were confirmed in Ireland; and on 16 May 2020, a City News headline said “Ontario reported 391 new coronavirus cases, 33 new deaths”; Netherlands Times reported 20 May 2020 that the public health agency RIVM said 33 more Covid-19 deaths had occurred; and the Washington Times headlined on May 30 2020, that Missouri reported 33 new COVID-19 deaths taking the total to 771.

This pattern is not merely the result of cheery-picked headlines by a bat-shit mad conspiracy theorist. Key meta-data of the Covid-19 Plandemic were encoded with the number 33. For example, the U.K.’s National Health Service (NHS) Chief Executive Officer, Sir Simon Stevens, announced on March 28th that 33,000 hospital beds had been “freed up” across England for coronavirus patients. This wasn’t a one-off event.

Earlier, in late January of 2020, NBC News, Forbes, Metro, Business Insider India and Democracy Now!, all reported 33 million people were locked-down in China.

Associated Press of Pakistan reported China’s Foreign Minister said 33 countries, including New Zealand, sent medical supplies to help China fight the coronavirus.

A ghoulish headline announced the U.S. coronavirus death toll was reported to have surpassed 33,000 by Reuters, Yahoo News and Anadolu Agency on April 17 2020.

On May 7 2020, the headline “33 million have sought US unemployment aid since coronavirus hit” was more widely reported, while ignoring the economic sabotage.

Less than a month after the U.S., on May 13th 2020, a U.K. Government official announced the United Kingdom’s coronavirus death toll had also passed 33,000 mark.

At the end of June, news of a predictable 33% drop in U.S. economic activity over the quarter (April-June) was widely reported, without framing it as economic sabotage.

On July 28, Russia reported it had sent Covid-19 test kits to 33 countries and its official Tass news agency stated that over 33 million tests had been conducted.

Magically, the Brookings Institute claimed 33,000 lives were saved amid the lock-downs in the United States, during the first three months of the pandemic to May 31st.

Meanwhile, deaths in Brazilian prisons were alleged to have increased by 33 percent during the COVID-19 plandemic. And, evidently by March 26th 2020, every one of the 33 countries in Romanized Latin America and the Caribbean had confirmed cases of COVID-19, reported the Washington-based Center for Economic and Policy Research. CEPR saw the future lay with “building a greater resilience to pandemics.”

Billionaire Bill Gates also performed a hostage posting ritual when he brazenly asserted on CNN (March 27th 2020), that coronavirus cases would grow exponentially at 33% per day. The predatory philanthropist was, in fact, threatening the political élite to submit to a ‘6 to 10 week shutdown’ of the entire United States.

During his 2015 TedTalk, titled, “The Next Outbreak? We’re Not Ready”, the centi-billionaire predatory philanthropist projected this 33 million toll death threat. At this TedTalk, Gates lobbied for ‘germ games’ not more war games, after showing his model projecting 33 million deaths by referencing the 1918 ‘Spanish Flu’ pandemic, which started toward the end of World War I, a conflict that was engineered by a Secret British Elite. And at the widely reported 2018 Shattuck Lecture at the Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center, Boston, Gates also ‘warned’ that in the next pandemic, 33 million people could die worldwide after six months. The group processing continued.

In 2010, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation announced their tax-exempt predatory philanthropy investment vehicle would inject $10 billion to fund a Decade of Vaccines project. This project lead to the creation of a skeleton for a ‘Global Health’ superstructure, that captured public health across the world.
Gematria or numerology appears to be have been weaponzed by elite criminal groups to advance the 'Corona World Games'. According to Master Numerologist, Hans Decoz, numerology is an ancient practice based on the idea that the entire universe is a system, one that mathematically breaks down into basic elements: Numbers. The top master number, 33, is considered the master teacher and is evidently the most spiritually evolved of all numbers. 33’s qualities require people to walk the edge and risk it all, to experience the full power of this master number, Mr Decoz writes. The symbol sorcery adds to the psychodrama.

In mid-August 2020, the U.S. media programmed news audiences to expect a ‘second wave’, which was ‘Morse Code’ for extending the 2nd system-wide pandemic exercise out to its deadline before September 2020 (in keeping with U.N.’s directive of September 18th 2019). This 2nd Wave meta-data also featured the recidivist number 33.

The meta-data of Covid cases, death tolls and associated events reveals an incontrovertible pattern of health authorities, emergency management agencies and governments at state, provincial, county and city levels across the world’s nations and territories — all dropping their ‘Covid-19 bags of Illuminati’. The recurrence of gematria’s top master number 33 in the 1^st Wave and 2^nd Wave of the 2^nd Exercise of the United Nations’ Corona World Games — is consistent with game theory.

Among the numerous counties, cities or states that clocked up 33 new cases were: West Virginia, Monroe County in New York State, Department of Health North Dakota, Santa Clara County, and the City of Cleveland, Ohio, with an accompanying photograph of a clock tower taken at 3:30PM. The Cleveland news story was reported August 13^th 2020, further signalling to the Old Boys’ Network with this codified deployment of the recidivist prime number 13 to avoid investigating too hard.

State jurisdictions that reported tallies of 33 deaths were: Mississippi, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Cleveland, as well as Jackson County in Michigan, and Clark County in Nevada — among numerous others.

Where the Brookings Institute had magically found that 33,000 lives were saved in the United States during the first three months of the pandemic to May 31st, due to measures such as ‘stay at home orders’, the University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) produced a model ‘proving’ that if 95% of the U.S. population wore masks in public, 33,000 lives could be saved over a three month period to October 1st 2020. Seattle-based newscaster Kiro 7 (24 June 2020) neglected to mention that the IHME received $279 million from the Gates Foundation in 2017 to produce models and collect health data.

During the ‘2nd Wave’, or the 2^nd Pandemic Exercise of the Corona World Games, the international jurisdictions beyond the United States that seemed to signal with the number 33 that they were moving in Covid lock-step included: Bangladesh, Morocco, Hong Kong, Quebec and Ontario provinces in Canada, Gujarat state in India, Kuwait, Malaysia, Phillipines, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Nigeria and the Commonwealth State of Victoria in Australia, while New South Wales reportedly had 33 times the number of active cases compared to Queensland.

Meanwhile, India’s Border Defense Forces were also reported on June 24th to have 33 cases in a 24-hour period. Like the nursing home scandal in Park Ridge, New Jersey, The Scottish Sun newspaper reported in an exclusive on June 13th 2020, there were also 33 deaths at the Westerton Care Home in Bearsden, Scotland, where evidently bosses had confirmed 13 deaths overnight, and had reportedly been rocked by covid-19.

On July 28th, U.S. President Donald Trump bragged that a $765 million loan to Kodak to launch Kodak Pharmaceuticals at its Rochester Plant — to manufacture generic active pharmaceutical ingredients — was the 33rd use of the Defence Production Act, evidently invoked because of the ‘China virus’.

To convey a sense of this ‘Covid PlanPanic’ experiment, on the very last day of August 2020 — and before the all important September 2020 deadline stipulated by the United Nations — New York State clocked up 33,000 deaths, as recorded on the John Hopkins University Coronavirus Resource Center Covid-19 tracker.

Curiously, the news media avoided making this death toll part of the headlines, once it was reached just in time for the all-important deadline for the U.N.’s global pandemic exercises to be conducted by September 2020.

In effect, key New York State officials were demonstrating they were the most daring players by reaching the milestone Covid death toll of 33,000 first. By clocking up this milestone figure, New York State health and emergency, county and state, as well as hospital, nursing home and clinic officials — were boasting they had supreme control of the Covid-19 data out of all jurisdictions in the United States.

On 8 September 2020, New York Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo and Republican President Donald Trump played along by supplying political puppetry to make dramatic headlines. CNBC reported the New York State had surpassed 33,000 deaths.

Cuomo asserted Trump was “actively trying to kill to New York City”, and blamed Trump for causing “the Covid outbreak in New York”. Whitehouse spokesman Judd Deere said in a statement to CNBC, “Gov. Cuomo seems paranoid.”

Oddly, the next day, September 9 2020, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the Covid-19 infection rate was below one percent for the 33rd straight day. This feud between Cuomo and Trump continued into October 2020. Meanwhile, the Establishment News Media continually mentioned the 33,000 milestone death count in the articles. And perhaps, the news media did not make headlines out of New York State’s 33,000 milestone death count because it coincided with the end of 1st United Nations Corona World Games. To be more exact, New York State reached its milestone death toll of 33,000 on Friday August 28th, which just happened to coincide precisely with the CDC’s report for the week ended August 29th.

Crucially, this was the CDC’s last report before the all important September 2020 cut-off, that effectively demarcated the end of the ‘2nd Wave’ within the 1st United Nations 2nd Global Pandemic Exercise. In essence, New York State ‘won’ the gold medal in the 1st United Nations Corona World Games for a ‘State Territory within a Nation State Jurisdiction’ to reach the milestone Covid death toll of 33,000 first.

This control of data is crucial to bear in mind.

To put it sarcastically, key players involved in steering the Corona World Games in various jurisdictions, including New Zealand, ‘dropped their covid bags of illuminati’.

Closing Remarks to the Royal Commission

Therefore, the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS), who are charged with protecting the nation’s security and economy, need to be grilled about their failure to call out how the country was being played for geopolitical purposes.

Crucially, one of the far-reaching consequences of the top secret MK-ULTRA experiments was the finding that the subjects in a closed system could only exert feedback ‘responses’ and were powerless to change the design. The MK-ULTRA experiments were not about developing behavioural modification techniques to help the mentally sick people in asylums, or sociopaths in prisons.

In other words, what I am driving at here is that a global military grade psychological operation was inflicted on whole nations to reset the structural forces in the favour of the ruling factional elites. The world has been jolted onto a high tech technofeudalist trajectory under the rubric of governance by emergency.

We are now in a full spectrum OmniWar, that began with WHO’s ‘pandemic’ declaration March 11 2020, at a time when the ‘coroanvirus’ death toll was under 5000.
