The high-octane propulsion of Christopher Luxon to the role as leader of the National Party — from brand marketer to airline CEO to New Zealand’s Prime Minister reveals a highly-networked global élite who make their selections with the creepy signalling.
In this heretical dispatch former Māori Television editor, Steve Snoopman tracks this creepy signalling back to Luxon’s selection as the new CEO at Air New Zealand after just 13 months with the airline. It seems the codified communication in the Manawanui Sinking signalled that cuts to the defence budget are above the paygrade of the country’s cabinet of political puppets.

The Career of ‘Lux Luthor’ in the Orbit of the Global Power Elite
Most New Zealanders remain unaware that Luxon’s participation in the Microsoft CEOs Summits in the mid-2010s, as well as his invitation to a $13,000 dinner with former US President Barack Obama that numbered 13 mortals, and his subsequent selection as Chairman of the inaugural Prime Minister’s 13-member Business Advisory Council — were chess plays in political grooming to become a ‘rook’.
Christopher Luxon’s career trajectory appears on paper to be remarkably ‘tidy’ since he has worked for relatively few employees for a man who was born in 1972. His employment record at Unilever, Air New Zealand, and for the NZ Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Council — prior to being catapulted to the position of National Party’s leader, December 1st 2021 — creates the appearance of good optics.
However, it is during his time at Air New Zealand that the chess plays in political grooming to become a ‘rook’ become discernible in the meta-data. After leaving Unilever, Luxon subsequently was named CEO of Air New Zealand in 2012 after 13 months with NZ’s flagship carrier. And on his watch as CEO, Air New Zealand owned 13 of the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners. During his time as Air New Zealand Chief Operating Officer, Luxon was selected as the only New Zealander to attend Bill Gates’ exclusive Microsoft CEOs Summit, that number 130 global thought leaders. Luxon was also one of 13 people who sat around the table at an exclusive lodge called The Landing hired at $13,000 a night for Barack Obama, following a round of golf between John Key and Mr Obama at Kauri Cliffs. The Northland Age reported Mr Obama’s group of six were only visible from a public road at the 13th hole, and that Obama claimed in 2016 that his handicap was registered as 13. Luxon was also selected to be the first chairman of Jacinda Ardern’s Prime Minister’s inaugural 13-member Business Advisory Council in August 2018. Ergo, Luxon’s rise was manufactured.
By embedding events with ‘Thirteen’, coalitions of élites signal unity among a brotherhood; that they are advancing a syndicate game to signal promises and threats, telegraph caution and control in the inevitable scandals, while exploiting crises. If other players are not seen to be posting themselves as ‘hostages’ with such encoded signalling — defections can be expected on the next moves, as game theory predicts.
Game theory was developed during the Cold War to stabilize the power structures of the Russian Empire and the American Empire. In their paper, “Resolving social conflicts through hostage posting: theoretical and empirical considerations”, Gideon Keren and Werner Raub noted that “tacit communications of threats and promises are two major message strategies used to influence the behaviours of others”.
Thirteen has long been used for ‘procuring marriage agreements’ among the brotherhoods across the world. Amusingly, the meta-data from newsrooms in the Hindu provinces of India reveals the prevalence of bovine smuggling with the telltale numbers of 13 calves, cattle or cows trafficked, as dowry for weddings. In a few cases 13 culprits were caught, including 13 Hindu cops implicated in cattle smuggling ops.
Luxon, and key elites in his orbit, all appear to know the significance that 13 signals.
Moreover, a closer scrutiny of the orbit Luxon has been drawn into, reveals links to New Zealand’s Rich Listers, ruling class technocrats and Wellington political élite, as collaborators with a global élite ‘superclass’. This technocratic élite essentially treat governments as ‘policy distributors’ since the political, economic and legal frameworks are largely worked out by billionaire-funded think-tanks, foundations, and universities and discussed at international summits, conferences and workshops, before they reach the public’s attention. Monopoly is a game with consensus theatrics.
Furthermore, the inter-élite linkages between think-tanks, forums and councils reveals empire-forging geopolitical chess moves. Luxon’s participation in a business delegation to Switzerland in 2017, which was sponsored by the New Zealand Initiative think-tank, is fascinating in light of his subsequent pivot to politics. His linkages to the highly-networked global élite, and their global policy-shaping agendas, reveals the extent that New Zealand has been drawn into an emergent global empire.
This sketch of machinations reveals NZ’s thin-layer of ruling class élites, who criss-cross with crisis events that result in an uncanny upward transfer of wealth, while the economy was, and continues to be, transformed into a Techno-Feudal plantation.
Mr Luxon’s expertise is in aggressive brand growth, marketing and advertising. He worked at Unilever for 18 years, was CEO of Air New Zealand for seven years, and was made the inaugural chairman of the Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Council in 2018, before being chosen as the leader of the National Party on December 1st 2021.
When Luxon was finishing his Masters of Commerce in Business Administration at the University of Canterbury, he was selected for Unilever’s management trainee programme. While he was head of Unilever’s North American Deodorants & Grooming corporate portfolio, he entertained dreams of someday becoming NZ’s global brand manager. “That would be the ultimate brand manager’s job,” he said.
In 2008, Luxon became President and Chief Executive Officer of Unilever’s Canadian operations. Unilever’s executives have attended meetings of global policy-shaping institutions such as the Bilderberg Foundation, the World Economic Forum, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the Trilateral Commission.
The Anglo-Dutch consumer goods giant, Unilever, which is headquartered in London, is among many transnational corporations whose top executives or board members are categorized as being part of the ‘transnational capitalist class’ (TCC), who are variously termed as the ‘global power élite’, the ‘superclass’, or the ‘globalists’.
Their stated objective is to forge a global governance system — often described by the term, a ‘New World Order’, or its variants, such as an International Rules-Based Order. Unilever’s leaders have attended meetings of global policy-shaping institutions such as the Bilderberg Foundation, the World Economic Forum, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the Trilateral Commission.
This elite ‘globalist bloc’ orbit in an exclusive world of policy formation that once numbered 6000, according to David Rothkopf’s 2008 book, Superclass.
The world’s super-rich have accumulated so much wealth, that their needs for maintaining faster than average capital accumulation are immense, and require regime changes through wars, coups d’état and juntas, as Professor Peter Phillips found while researching the superclass for his 2018 book, Giants: The Global Power Elite. In his seminal 2011 book, Oligarchy, Professor Jeffrey A Winters’ stated that a “very well-paid mercenary army” comprises a Wealth Defense Industry, who follow the oligarchs’ directives as orders. Wealth defense is designed to maintain the conditions of “extreme material inequalities.” It turns out that Unilever and the CIA funded the inaugural meeting of the secretive global policy-shaping group, the Bilderberg Foundation, in 1952 at Hotel de Bilderberg, Oosterbeek, Netherlands.
Since 1954 the Bilderbergers have hosted an average of 130 participants annually to discuss pressing issues, possible plans, and viable solutions suitable to the North Atlantic oligarch’s military alliance formed in 1949: NATO. In April 1972, David Rockefeller who was the chairman of the New York-based global policy-shaping think-tank, the Council on Foreign Relations (1970-1985), presented his idea of a new alliance between the wealthy and politically connected of America, Europe and Japan to the secretive Bilderberg Group, which convened in Knokke, Belgium.
Subsequently, in July 1972, Rockefeller hosted 250 oligarchs and élites at his country estate in Pocantico Hills, Hudson Valley, New York, to propose a new global-policy shaping think tank called the Trilateral Commission. This new global-policy shaping group was designed to formulate policies, strategies and tactics to establish a ‘new world economic order’ between America, Europe and Japan, that would usurp the sovereignty of national governments through incremental changes rather than the frontal assaults of the past. By joining forces with oligarchs from Japan, the Trilateral Commission’s task was to drive the roll-out of the “1980’s Project”, which included globalizing ‘neo-liberal’ ideology, in order create a worldwide technocratic system.
A New York-headquartered think-tank, the Council on Foreign Relations, chaired by David Rockefeller (1970-1985), developed a blueprint, dubbed the ‘1980s Project’, for reasserting the dominance of the American Oligarchy over the world with market economies. It sought to limit democracy, depoliticize key issues, and reduce equality.
New Zealand was drawn into this ‘1980s Project’ and its economy was reset with the political capture of the incoming Lange Labour Government in mid-July 1984. The crisis-ridden archipelago has a plutocratic government serving a civil oligarchy. The received wisdom is that Muldoon refused to fully reform the economy after the Don Brash organized Milton Friedman — an economics professor from the Rockefeller founded-University of Chicago — to visit New Zealand in 1981.
Friedman taught his students, dubbed the ‘Chicago Boys’, how to inflict economic warfare and emphasized a concept of ‘speed, suddenness and scope’. His ‘Chicago Boys’, were among the many economic missionaries who spread ‘free market’ shock policies around the world. These economic shock therapies were field-tested on countries such as: Brazil in 1963, Indonesia in 1965, Chile and Uruguay in 1973 and Argentina 1976 using US-backed military violence to destroy the Developmentalist Movement, as Klein described in her book, The Shock Doctrine and a documentary.
Muldoon was stuck between an oligarchic rock and a hard labour place. Proponents of a market economy, which was a sanitized term to describe technocratic neo-feudalism (later dubbed neoliberalism), had tried to persuade Muldoon. But, what they proposed was full-blown economic warfare that would upend businesses, including farms, as well as privatize state trading entities and cause hardship. And, the labour unions would not give any ground on demands for wage and salary increases to keep pace with high inflation — as a result of crises ultimately caused by the planet’s Overlords.
New Zealand’s Civil Oligarchy was forged in ensuing corporate heist of the economy.
Like other political lawmakers, Luxon’s financial and asset disclosures to parliament provide a modicum of detail. Digging by journalists has revealed Luxon’s properties — a family home in Remuera, a Waiheke Island bach, an apartment in Wellington, his electoral office and three investment properties in Onehunga — have a combined value of $21.145 million. Luxon’s Remuera home was valued at $7.68 million in 2022.
The current value of his Waiheke bach is $7.36 million. His apartment in the capital is valued at $1.07 million. Luxon’s statutory disclosure in 2021 reveal four beneficial interests in, and trusteeships of the Rae Family Trust (trustee). However, this trust does not appear in the 2022 and 2023 disclosures, while he presently has four retirement schemes and deposits with the ANZ Bank. In 2019, he was Air NZ’s 18th biggest stockholder in the airline, with more than $12 million worth of shares.
Ergo, with properties valued at $37 million, and with accounts of undisclosed value, Luxon may be close to, or above, the $50 million threshold of the NBR Rich-List.
The news doesn’t report New Zealand has a plutocratic government serving a civil oligarchy, who control the country’s strategic resources in cahoots with foreigners.
The manufactured rise of the Catholic CEO to wealthy Prime Minister deserves a second look, especially since the 13’s in the meta-data become entwined ‘deep events’.
The Creepy Appearances of the Number 13 in Chris Luxon's Career
After leaving Unilever, Luxon subsequently was named CEO of Air NZ in 2012 after only 13 months with NZ’s flagship carrier. Air NZ began life in 1961 when the NZ Government acquired full ownership of Tasman Empire Airways (then jointly owned by the Australian and New Zealand governments) at a time when the noun ‘empire’ had become bad optics for brands. On April 17 1989, the air carrier was sold for a song — along with great swathes of the ‘NZ Family Silver’ to corporate raiders — and in Air NZ’s case, for $660m to a consortium led by Brierley Investments, founded by Sir Ron Brierley, who went on be convicted for possession in child sex abuse imagery.
In 2014 and 2015, Luxon’s soaring success as Air NZ’s CEO meant he was invited to attend the select club of Microsoft’s CEOs Summit, as Stuff Business reported in a 2015 article headlined, “Air New Zealand’s innovation inspired by Silicon Valley, Disney and Four Seasons”. The big names in attendance at the 2014 conference in Redmond, Washington State, were: Jeff Bezos of Amazon, Reed Hastings of Netflix, Jeff Immelt of GE, Ursula Burns of Xerox, John Donahoe of eBay, Jamie Dimon of JP Morgan Chase, Jonah Peretti of BuzzFeed, Warren Buffett of Berkshire Hathaway and Arianna Huffington of Huffington Post. The big names in 2015 were: Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffett, Jamie Dimon, Reed Hastings, and Dick Costolo, CEO of Twitter Inc.
In 2015, Luxon was named New Zealand CEO of the Year at the Deloitte Top 200 CEO Awards. The Sydney Morning Herald reported that Luxon was the only Kiwi to be selected to attend Microsoft’s CEOs Summit, comprising ‘130 global thought leaders’.
Thus, the airline CEO who was selected by Air NZ’s board after 13 months with the company, was subsequently chosen for the MicroSoft Summits, a confab between ‘global thought leaders’ numbering 130; a multiple of the recidivist prime number.
On March 21 2018, Luxon was one of 13 who dined at The Landing, an exclusive lodge,— that is owned by Rich-Lister developer Peter Cooper, who’s net-worth at time was $780 million. The Landing, which charges $13,000 a night was hosting former US President Barack Obama. The dinner guests included film-director Sir Peter Jackson, Sir John Key and Lady Bronagh, former US Ambassador Mark Gilbert and wife Nancy Gilbert, and Air NZ chief executive Christopher Luxon and wife, Amanda Luxon.
Ergo, Luxon’s private dinner with 13 people around the table, including Barack Obama at The Landing, costing $13,000 a night — also signalled a group game. The Gulfstream carrying Obama was reported to have touched down at 12.13am on 21 March 2018 at Auckland International Airport, before he was whisked away.
Intriguingly, when thirteen bankers met with Obama at the White House on Friday 27 March 2009, they were told by America’s first black president: “My administration is the only thing between you and the pitchforks.” Obama’s task was to impress on the thirteen Wall Street bankers that they desist from bragging in the public media about their enormous bonuses, following the tax-funded public insurance bail-outs of their banks, as the authors of the 2010 book, 13 Bankers, revealed. The bankers pitched in.
This was not the first time that the financial-political oligarchy symbolically communicated with the prime number thirteen, via Barack Obama. When a $700 billion bailout bill was voted down in the US House of Representatives, Obama was assigned the task of convincing 13 ‘black caucus’ Democrat members of the US Senate, as The Washington Post reported in an article headlined, “Bush enacts historic financial rescue: House passes plan by wide margin, but stocks keep falling”.
Not surprisingly, when JP Morgan Chase was fined in late 2013 for underwriitng fraudulent home mortgage securities that led to the Global Financial Crisis, the Department of Justice arrived at the figure of $13 billion. The DOJ signalled caution.
Like Luxon, Obama also had a meteoric rise. In Obama’s case, his selection was also about optics. It is thought Obama attended the 2008 Bilderberger Conference. Following the Bilderberger meeting, Obama edged ahead of Clinton with the last primaries on Tuesday night of June 3, when Obama ‘earned’ enough delegates’ votes to secure the Democratic nomination. In “America at its Best”, The Economist reported June 5 2008 that Clinton and Obama expended well over 12 months contesting the presidential nominee spot. Intriguingly, The Economist added that in any other country, the leading contenders would have been decided behind closed doors or with a limited franchise within a short time. An intervention was required, evidently.
Crucially, the Economist had insider access to the Bilderberg Group’s 2008 meeting; two of its reporters, Vendeline von Bredow and Adrian Wooldridge, also attended.
On October 30 2008, five days before the US election, The Economist endorsed Obama for the presidency. Featuring the lanky dapper Chicago Senator with the headline, “It’s Time”, The Economist reasoned the merit of Barrack Hussein Obama as president “would salve, if not close, the ugly racial wound left by America’s history and lessen the tendency of American blacks to blame all of their problems on racism.”
Indeed, the logic underpinning the meteoric rise of Obama to the US Presidency was astutely described by KRS One in a 2009 documentary, The Obama Deception. The African-American rapper said America was on the “verge of revolution”, amid the 2007 and 2008 Global Financial Crisis. By placing “a black man in the White House”, KRS One said, the global élite had staved off an uprising. KRS described this shrewd political move as “crowd control”. In effect, Obama was hired as a crisis manager.
It is, therefore, ironic that Obama inherited the watch as ‘crowd manager’ in what was essentially a crisis management role of a Wall Street created crash. Especially, given that by dining with Luxon, he was endorsing the Air NZ CEO’s pivot to politics.
In September 2018, when Luxon publicly apologized to customers for a “challenging year”, the prime 13 reappeared like an at-large recividivst white collar criminal.
The biggest challenge, Luxon said, had been the unscheduled global maintenance issues with the Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engines that powered the 787-9 Dreamliners. The disruptions affecting five out of 13 of the planes, were grounded for servicing.
And, in October 2018, when Christopher Luxon was appointed chairman of the Prime Minister’s 13-member Business Advisory Council, this chess move was consistent with game theory. Luxon’s appointment appeared to not only signal succession for the National Party and that the existing leader, Simon Bridges, was a place-holder puppet.
But, also it seemed to communicate the stability of the two-party dominated MMP system for the ruling class of New Zealand, and its foreign overlords.
Especially, because the appointments were ‘officially’ made by Jacinda Ardern, who was groomed for the role of prime minister by the billionaire-funded World Economic Forum — since she was selected for the WEF’s Young Global Leaders programme on 13 March 2014, after her tertiary education was paid for by New Zealand Freemasons.
National Party MP, Simon Bridges, had also been inducted into the WEF’s Young Global Leaders program at a prior time, accoding to Stuff, a newspaper chain whose name sounds like its a warehouse franchise for hoarders. Thus, without the NZ public comprehending the machine behind grooming of political leaders to narrow the choices for future general selections, Ardern and Bridges were ‘breakfasted’ at TVNZ.
Ardern’s skyrocket assent was a media manufactured event to gain popular consent.
As Snoopman observed in 2017, in seven weeks, the media manufactured her image, and achieved what the CIA has long-known: it only takes a month to indoctrinate a population. Even Forbes called the election for Ardern three days prior to polling day.
The founder of the World Economic Forum, Professor Klaus Schwab, is a man who has groomed many world leaders to think, speak and inflect with one voice. There are many ‘fun facts’ that the global media cartel omit when covering the summit at Davos in Switzerland; the first in the annual migratory travels of the sub-species known as the Global Élite, or the Superclass, and amusingly, the Illuminati Lizard Overlords.
These include how doors were opened for Schwab thanks to his three mentors: Kenneth Galbraith, Herman Kahn and most especially, Henry Kissinger. All three men were members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the New York-based global policy-shaping think tank, who along with their British counterparts wrote scholarly papers, held seminars and work-shopped to shape the ‘1980s Project’, which was the blueprint for a new aggressive capitalism to re-assert the dominance of the then-North Atlantic Capitalist Class. It’s adherents shopped the ‘Shock Doctrine’ packaged into ‘neoliberalism’ for the West, and ‘neocolonialism’ for the ‘Global South’.
After an alleged ‘seven year’ stint as the CEO of Air New Zealand, Luxon made his move to be propelled to the role of the country’s ‘Chief Pilot’ — with media support. Luxon was not CEO of Air New Zealand for seven years. He became CEO on January 1 2013, after being named on June 19 2012 that he would be the new CEO. Luxon annnounced on June 19 2019 he would step down as CEO on September 25.
The brand manager underwent six months training to be the chief executive officer.
In other words, he was selected over other more qualified contenders and fast-tracked.
These June 19 dates carried potency for the airline, since it is entwined with the Mount Erebus Disaster and its aftermath. The crash of an Air New Zealand DC-10 in Antarctica on November 28 1979 triggered a cover-up since the airline had changed the flight coordinates hours before take-off without telling the pilots. It turns out, June 19 was the date the then-Prime Minister Rob Muldoon released the ‘Chippendale Report’ in 1980. Spookily, the release of the white-wash report appeared to be uncanny timing, given that it was 40 years to the day that the Royal Mail Ship, Niagara sank off Bream Head, 19 June 1940, when it struck German mines.
Ironically, Air New Zealand’s heritage stemmed from the formation of Tasman Empire Airways Limited, which was registered in Wellington on April 26 1940, with the purpose to transport mail, passengers, and cargo across the Tasman Sea between Australia and New Zealand, during World War II. Ergo, it appears Muldoon consciously released the Chippendale’s white-wash report on the potent historic date on which the main maritime competitor to Air New Zealand’s forerunner airliner, was sunk by German sea-mines off the coast from Whangarei Harbour. Was Muldoon codifying by this report drop, that he had become privy to a German intelligence plot to crash TE901, and so, the upcoming Royal Commission required vigilant eyes?
In Spyhunter: The Secret History of German Intelligence, Michael Shrimpton stated a small German intelligence ring stationed in Wellington had penetrated N.Z’.s state bureaucracy. In his 1977 autobiography entitled, Muldoon, Muldoon said New Zealanders needed to realize that not only is the world a “hard, cold” place. But, also that New Zealand is subject to economic warfare attacks, as well as subversion by actors who find it easier to penetrate the N.Z. system than the more heavily defended systems of its allies. Muldoon reformed the New Zealand Intelligence Council with these issues in mind, to afford closer liaison between the Police’s Intelligence Section, the Security Intelligence Service, and the External Intelligence Bureau.
Evidently, the Deutsche Verteidigungs Dienst (DVD) — a secret intelligence agency within Germany’s military — at Dachau, near Munich, developed a specialist air terrorism division in the aftermath of World War II — because West Germany was prevented from possessing the new weapon of terror: nuclear bombs. Shrimpton says the SIS’s failure to identify career bureaucrat, Bill Sutch, as a DVD agent, led directly to the undisturbed penetration of New Zealand’s state bureaucracy by the DVD ring, to carry-on their subversion. The DVD has been carrying out industrial espionage, sabotage, and air terrorism to financially attack jet manufacturers, airliners and state treasuries in an undeclared war targetting civilians across the world, Shrimpton wrote.
And so, when Luxon resigned his post as CEO of Air New Zealand on 19 June 2019, it was not only seven years to the day, after he was named the airline’s chief executive officer. Luxon’s tabling of his resignation was also 39 years to the day that Robert Muldoon, as Prime Minister, released a report into the collision of an Air NZ DC-10 with Mt Erebus in 1979. Since Muldoon had released the ‘Chippendale Report’ at 11:59pm on 19 June 1980, it would appear that Luxon was signalling his was ejecting from the airline’s top officer seat, before the 40th Erebus Anniversary rolled around.
Moreover, the day Luxon stepped down, September 25, was also Muldoon’s birthday.
Yet, this apparent historical riffing with the date June 19 is not the only example entwined with ‘Erebus’. The demise of an Air New Zealand-owned Airbus off the coast of France was also uncanny because it occurred precisely one year ahead of the 30th anniversary. The ‘coincidental’ crash appeared to telegraph caution, since the sudden demise of the Flight 888T was an ‘acceptance flight’ to test the aircraft’s performance after it was leased by a German charter firm XL Airways, and had just been repainted, which contributed to the crash, since high pressure hoses were used after the paintwork was complete, leaving water droplets in the flight sensors.
A few months after the crash, Rob Fife played the role of a baggage handler in a commercial titled “Nothing to Hide”, featuring nude bodypaint-costumed airline staff.
Ironically, Luxon’s innovation as brand manager was to repaint the many of the jets.
Moreover, on the 29th Anniversary of the Mount Erebus Disaster, an Air New Zealand-owned Airbus A320 crashed into the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Perpignan, France. The was uncanny not only because it occurred one year ahead of the 30th anniversary; a delicate matter. This crash occurred barely a fortnight after John Key was elected Prime Minister, on 10 November 2008. Did the ‘accident’ signal caution ahead of the 30th anniversary? And did the delicate matter of an airline back in partial state ownership — embroil another National Government in a cover-up?
The date of fatal flights’ TE901 and 888T carry historic potency as well. On 28th November 1910, the Terra Nova sailed from Port Chalmers. It would be Captain Robert Falcon Scott’s last Antarctic expedition. The ship’s name also carries potency.
Scott’s party of five died on the return journey from the pole; some of their bodies, journals, and photographs were found by a search party eight months later.
The degree of Scott’s personal culpability and, more recently, the culpability of certain expedition members, remains controversial. Mount Terra Nova, on Ross Island, lays halfway between Mount Erebus and Mount Terror, that were named after two British Royal Navy’s bomb ships, HMS Erebus and HMS Terror, and that had been refitted for exploration, and become entangled on March the 13th 1842 in an Antarctic storm.
Over the course of hacked time, each new government administration seems to undergo a reset that alters the mandated political trajectory of New Zealand. In part 1 of my Terror Archipelago Down Under series, I presented a ‘survey’ of the curious coincidences associated with calamities, catastrophes, or crises, that appear to riff off historical events over four decades. The history riffs link by thematic elements to the crisis at hand. I proposed the South Pacific archipelago has been subjected to a secret, sinister ‘strategy of tension’ since the Erebus Disaster to shift its political center of gravity away from being a centrally-planned democratic socialist state to a centrally-planned technocratic police state, while serving a closet talisman-pivot state function.
For his part, the Royal Commissioner, Justice Peter Mahon, finished his report inferring there had been a deliberate concealment of the misleading flight plan when it was sent to McMurdo Station, Antarctica. Mahon left the door open to the possibility that the crash was a takedown, since he implied someone wanted the DC-10 to crash into Erebus. Mahon’s report triggered a police investigation, but this was shut-down without prosecutions. Police Detective Superintendent Brian Wilkinson was ordered to make the probe disappear. The cover-up began in the Beehive the evening of the crash. The government stuck to fingering the cause on pilot error.
The airline shredded documents. The collision of Air New Zealand Flight TE901 with Mt Erebus may have been air terrorism inflicted to scare New Zealand’s ruling families to move bureaucratic mountains for the envisaged corporate heist of the economy. Or more mountains could be moved in front of flight crews — any time.
It may also have been inflicted to act as a talisman to the Western Élites attuned to such symbol sorcery, to get aboard the mission to forge a global super economy.
Because Chris Luxon ejected from the airline’s CEO seat two months before the 40th anniversary of the Mount Erebus Disaster —on what would have been Muldoon’s 98th birthday — the Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Council avoided the awkward optics of performing an apology ritual with the PM he wanted to unseat.
Moreover, New Zealand’s Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, had become very familiar with the wide-ranging Royal Commission into the ‘Erebus Disaster’, ostensibly in preparation for the 40th anniversary of an Air NZ DC-10 crashing on Mount Erebus, Ross Island, Antarctica in 1979. This familiarity meant Ms Ardern, as the Minister of National Security and Intelligence, knew how to control probes.
This was critical since there was a cover-up of the emergency response failure to the Christchurch Moseques Massacre. I have shown it was possible to find the attack locations within one minute. By using the active noun “attack” from the shooter’s email subject-lined — “On the attack in New Zealand today” — that was sent to the Government’s HQ eight minutes before the gunman commenced his mayhem, I found a spike revealing the attack locations in the attached ‘manifesto’.
Furthermore, the Royal Commission of Inquiry and two Police-commissioned reports released after Royal Commission report was published — and a June 2019 SIS review— each avoided examining the ‘elephant in the security room’: the email’s subject-line offered the search terms for immediate identification of the shooter’s target locations.
As I showed in my three part series entitled, “Darkest Day Deception”, the meta-data of the ‘Ides of March’ Massacre — which occurred on the 74th day of 2019 — reveals spooky coincidences indicating a horrific ritual slaying inflicted with clockwork timing and seemingly in accordance with Chapter 74 of The Koran, following the transmittal of the 74-page manifesto to the Prime Minister eight minutes before the first attack commenced. These uncanny coincidences pertaining to the attacks’ meta-data extends to the title of the 74th chapter of Islam’s Holy Book, The Koran (Quran), “Al-Muddathir” that translates to “The Cloaked One”. The prisoner’s attire was odd.
The apparent casting of Brenton Harrison Tarrant as a stereotyped pseudo-commando lone-wolf villain by law enforcement, is indicative of a possible parallel construction of evidence to hide how exactly the Australian national may have been ensnared. New Zealand’s newsrooms took at face value that the spectacle of a racist lone-wolf sociopath was all there was to see in a realm considered stable.
Thus, when in late November of 2019, Ardern apologized before the ‘Erebus Families’ who had lost loved ones — for the Government’s lack of compassion, the negligence of Air New Zealand and by implication, the cover-up, since the airline was 100% state-owned at the time — her performance was an encoded acceptance ritual.
The ‘Mosque Massacre Families’ were being played by the country’s top political-lawmaker, who was also the Minister of National Security and Intelligence.
The Royal Commission on shootings was part of the cover-up — on Ardern’s watch.
Therefore, was the timing of Lux Luthor’s selection as Air New Zealand CEO on June 19 2012, and his resignation annoucement on June 19 2019, all about signalling he would be safe pair of hands, who would dutifully eject before the 40th anniversary?
Uncannily, the mass shooting wed New Zealand’s left-wing faction with the Western Alliance, under a Labour-led Cabinet in the 33rd year after the Warrior Bombing.
During their bid to take power off the Labour Party, the National Party announced on July 31 2023, 13 new road projects, dubbed Roads of National Significance (RONS).
The RONS as infrastructure are designed to be efficient tracking, tolling, taxing, ticketing and teethering of human activity for the security of the plantation economy’s oligarchy. They are built with surveillance cameras and wifi radio chip readers to scan vehicle plates, electronics and humans and their digital devices like cellphone.
Once he became Prime Minister, the Catholic politician signalled he was one of the ‘brotherhood’ when he attended a memorial ceremony to mark the 13th anniversary of the horrific 2011 Christchurch Earthquake was held at the Canterbury Earthquake National Memorial on Thursday 22 February 2011. This move was ghoulishly creepy.
The 6.3 magnitude Christchurch Earthquake — which struct at lunchtime, 12.51pm, on 22 February 2011 — was devastating. The death toll was 185 people, including 115 in the Canterbury TV building, 18 in the Pyne Gould building, and 8 on Red Bus #702, while approximately 5,800 were injured and over 100,000 homes damaged.
Yet, amid the genuine solemnity of grieving families, friends and folk of Christchurch, Canterbury and Japan, a detectable ghoulish signalling of a group game occurred.
Luxon’s mentor John Key, who was New Zealand’s Prime Minister at the time of the Christchurch Earthquake, cunningly managed a Christchurch Construction Cartel.
The Christchurch Rebuild meta-data reveals the ‘hand’ of the Old Boys’ Network, who codified their communications to signify solidarity, cue caution and telegraph a building bonanza with the prime number — thirteen. But, only on John Key’s watch.
By creepy encoding of ‘Thirteen’ and its multiples and variants into the key figures of rebuild projects, associated dates and economic data, New Zealand’s Neo-Feudal Old Boys’ Network were able to locate one another across public and private sector institutions, communicate the advancement of ‘the game’ and inflict a Shock Doctrine cartel business model — with impunity, as my “Codified Collusion by Christchurch Construction Cartel” (13 July 2019) revealed. The Commerce Commission was ‘asleep’.
For example, the EarthQuake Commission was reported to pay out $13 billion for commercial construction, and the Christchurch Integrated Government Accommodation Project included a goal to return 13 government departments and agencies to the CBD. Meanwhile, there were 13 key Anchor Projects for Ōtākaro Limited’s 13 Precincts in the Christchurch CBD. The Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA) oversaw 130 projects during its lifespan, amid the prolonged regurgitation of GeoNet’s 13,000 Earthquakes figure in news and reports.
Once projects served their purpose of signaling solidarity by institutional players’ posting themselves as hostages to advance the game of collusion, the prime number 13 often dropped off the meta-data. This ‘drop-off’ was not a sign of defections, but rather was indicative of the Brotherhood getting on with the business of project completion with the real numbers, since the Network were bonded as ‘hostages’.
Ironically, the bonanza that the Old Boys’ Network enjoyed in colluding over the Christchurch Rebuild would not have been as attenuated on the watch of a Labour-led Coalition Government. And John Key almost lost the 2011 election and was saved by key media people, including TV3’s Duncan Garner and Patrick Gower, who won Best News Reporter at the 2012 Television Awards for avoiding revealing Key’s dirty policital machine, while he bragged about his clean politics to John Banks a pre-election ‘cup of tea’ meet-up, as I showed in my dispatch “Play Punch Journalism”.
It is, therefore, intriguing to recall the pre-election ‘cup of tea’ meet-up that occurred on 11 November 2011 between then-Prime Minister, John Key, with then-ACT Party Epsom candidate, John Banks, which took place at Urban Café in the Aurecon building in Newmarket. Because Aurecon was involved in the search, rescue and recovery in Christchurch, the symbolic communication in this publicized cuppa signified that not only was Aurecon ‘in the camp’ for the rebuild projects of Christchurch City. By posting himself as a ‘hostage’, Key was also communicating both a promise that his incumbent National Coalition Government would deliver on the rebuild blueprints, and a threat that any alternative would de-stabilize a disaster zone and the economy. Garner noted the date was 11/11/11, adding that Key’s soundbite for 3News was precisely 13 seconds, after a 13 minute sit down between the two men. Ergo, Garner broadcasted he was privy to the Old Boys’ Network signals.
The idea of this cuppa meet-up was to boost support for the ACT Party, whose party would not otherwise get enough party votes to reach the 5% mixed member proportional (MMP) voting system threshold. This way, ACT would help Key’s National Party form a government. Ergo, the cuppa meet-up’s location at Aurecon’s HQ telegraphed a rebuild bonanza would occur with the ‘Two Johnnies’ in power.
To deal with the liquifaction, Aurecon had 13 of its staff on the Christchurch City Council’s post-earthquake Mayoral Flood Taskforce. Aurecon was also involved in the Christchurch Bus Interchange, the Deans Head Remediation Project at Christchurch’s Port Hills, and a telecom building deconstruction project at 91 Heresford Street. It seems the New Zealand Electoral Commission and Commerce Commission don’t meet over coffee to compare notes on corruption, or collusion.
Aurecon designed the new $85 Grand Central Building for four government departments and ministries, whom drew flak for approving a $13 million fit-out. The Grant Central was built as part of a Christchurch Integrated Government Accommodation Project, which aimed to return 13 government departments and agencies back into “the heart of [the] Christchurch CBD. Therefore, the symbolism encoded in then-Prime Minister John Key’s pre-election tea-date — in a café on the ground floor of global engineering firm Aurecon — gazetted the rebuild bonanza.
Aurecon was picked to lead the $1.3 billion Kaikōura Earthquake Recovery projects. Curiously, the Kaikōura Earthquake Sequence also boasted a tally of nearly 13,000 aftershocks, just like its predecessor, the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence. Indeed, Time reported national earthquake service Geonet recording 313 quakes in 13 hours.
State Highway One took 13 months to repair, which led to 13,000 fewer truck journeys.
In my dispatch entitled “Ghoulish Grandstanding Amid Genuine Grief” about the ghoulishness underpinning the 13th Anniversary of the Christchurch Earthquake, I presented the case that a clandestine brotherhood may have inflicted the Christchurch and Kaikōura earthquakes to re-bind New Zealand to the American Empire, after three decades of cooled relations over the ANZUS military alliance rift. Snoopman followed up with a dispatch titled “Disaster Militarization Down Under?”
Ironically, in the 33rd year after the last US Navy ship had publicly entered New Zealand waters, the Amazon Warrior gained approval to conduct seismic testing. And while Greenpeace was on its trail, the crew of Rainbow Warrior III had to suck up the re-integration of New Zealand back into the Anglo-American Empire amid the public acclaim scored amid the fortuitous Kaikōura Earthquake disaster relief operation.
And when Chris Luxon attended a White House dinner for NATO’s 75th Anniversary Summit on 10 July 2024, he reportedly had introductions with 13 leaders. Poignantly, this White House dinner on the 39th anniversary of the Rainbow Warrior Bombing.
On 13 July — his last day tour of the United States — Luxon visited San Francisco, where he met Governor of California Gavin Newsom before visiting Apple and NASA.
Since New Zealand is signatory to the Indo-Pacific Four (IP4), which is a politically correct rebrand of the Asia Pacific Four (AP4), comprising Australia, Japan, South Korea and New Zealand — Luxon’s U.S. visit was part of a ritualized theater. The American Empire was showing off that the North Atlantic Treaty Alliance had expanded into the Pacific. This is an extension of the post-World War II containment policy to build bases to encircle Russia and China as a deterrent to direct conflict.
N.Z.’s joining the Asia Pacific Four Partnership (AP-4) in 2020, in effect, replaced the ANZUS military alliance, which is either shelved, filed, sunk, or it’s a museum exhibit.
In my snoop-dispatch entitled “10/7: DGSE Terrorism Unit Arrived at Job”, I noted the Rainbow Warrior Bombing worked as a trojan horse mechanism to bind officials of New Zealand closer with France. And in part 1 of my “Terror Archipelago Down Under” series, I presented the supposition that the long re-integration of New Zealand back into the Anglo-American Empire required innovative trojan horse plots.
To that end, I sketched 13 crises deserving of a second look in the series: Erebus Disaster, 28 November 1979; Springbok Tour, 1981; Trades Hall Bombing, 27 March 1984; Rainbow Warrior Bombing, 10 July 1985; Aramoana Massacre, 13 November 1990; Waitara Shooting, 30 April 2000; Operation Eight Raids, 15 October 2007; Pike River Mine Disaster, 19 November 2010; Christchurch Earthquake, 22 February 2011; Megaupload Raids, 20 January 2012; Kaikōura Earthquake, 14 November 2016; Christchurch Mosques Massacre, 15 March 2019; Corona Hostage Crisis, 2020-2022.
Moreover, some of the crisis events had the characteristics that indicated deus ex machina narratives in play, that burst ‘out of the blue’ to resolve an impossible impassé in a bigger meta-conflict to achieve over-arching meta-objectives.
Precisely one month after his July 13 visit to San Francisco, where he met Governor of California, Gavin Newsom — before visiting Apple and NASA — New Zealand’s Prime Minister and Science Minister Judith Collins visited the Plant and Food Labs in Mt Albert Auckland on 13 August. They proposed a new regulator to manage the release risks of laboratory-produced genetically engineered organisms, while in cosplay. Luxon and Collins were dressed like technicians in a performance of a yet-to-be written dystopian novel titled, The White Coats, where politicians team up with technocrats to gaslight citizenries to go along with a seamless transition from democracy to technocracy — in a world where ‘health stasis’ will be managed by biodigital upgrades, like software to run humanity with Kinder Surprise ‘bugs’ inside.
The apparent encoding of events with symbol laden metaphors, numbers and theme- riffing historical references continued, including 13 re-appearing like a sea monster.
Curiously, on the 13th anniversary of the Rena running aground, a New Zealand Navy ship ran aground on a reef in Samoa, three weeks ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Govergment Meeting (CHOGM). The grounding of the Manawanui on October 5 2024, was blamed on ‘pilot error’. The explanation seemed ‘too stupid to be stupid’.
After all, the Navy Court of Inquiry into how HMNZS Manawanui ran aground on October 5, reported the piloting supervisor did not realize the ship was in autopilot mode. And then, the Interim findings of a Cook Strait ferry stranding, the Aratere, which ran aground shortly after departing Picton at 9.45pm on 21 June, revealed the crew did not know how to disengage the autopilot button. Are we seeing executive level ‘managed incompetence’ to achieve increased budgets, amid fiscal austerity?
Earlier, on May 30th, the new Luxon Administration had cut the total defence budget by $1.49 billion, or 20% The signalling in the Manawanui Sinking appears to convey the defence budget is above the cabinet’s paygrade. The Defense Minister, Judith Collins, appears to have read the morse code, since she is in the midst of a five-yearly Defence Review, that accesses the Forces capacity and matches needs to funding.
In “Uncanny Coincidences in Manawanui Sinking”, I explored the possibility that the Manawanui was scuttled to auto-correct the pilot error of the country’s Chief Pilot.
Christopher Luxon asserted the Naval Court of Inquiry was a very robust, trustworthy investigation with a high standard of process. But, press gallery reporters never asked the Prime Minister whether he found it odd that a survey vessel sank just four months after he oversaw a cut of nearly $1.5 billion, or 20% of the Defence Force’s total budget
Perhaps, Luxon’s advisors let him make the mistake, so that he could be ritually humiliated and captured by a cover-up, since I have found that every new administration since Erebus gets embroiled in a cover-up over a crisis.
Since the grounding of the HMNZS Manawanui on Sinalei Reef in Samoa on the 13th anniversary of the Rena running aground on Astrolabe Reef, the apparent navigation metaphor was laden with historical maritime riffing. Astrolabe Reef was named by Jules Dumont d’Urville after his ship Astrolabe, when it nearly ran aground on the reef on 16 February 1827. Thus, Captain d’Urville named the reef as a warning to sailors. The name Astrolabe derives from an early navigational instrument, the astrolabe, a precursor to the sextant — used by Captain James Cook. The day that Manawanui sank, October 6, was the same day in 1769 when ‘Young Nick’, aboard the Endeavour, sighted the New Zealand coastline. Ergo, the lessons appear to be subtextual.
And, so the HMNZS Manawanui running aground on Sinalei Reef in Samoa on the 13th anniversary of the Rena running aground on Astrolabe Reef, was memory-holed.
Oddly, this maritime disaster connection was barely mentioned, even while the discourse repeatedly touched upon the environmental aspects of the Manawanui Sinking, since it’s diesel oil load was substantial. The sinking of the Rena became New Zealand’s worst maritime environmental disaster. The Rena was the elephant in the newsroom, and the curious coincidence of the dates 13 years apart was not noted.
Not suprisingly, the apparent historical riffing continued in the events associated with the Manawanui Sinking, by colliding with key dates in the Erebus Disaster story.
On November 29th 2024, the New Zealand Navy Chief’s reporting that the sinking of the Manawanui was the result of pilot error, when it ran aground on October 5 2024, appears to be a striking coincidence. The Navy’s Court of Inquiry Interim findings were released precisely 45 years to the day that national and international newspapers reported the wreckage of an Air NZ DC10 was located on Mt Erebus by the U.S. Navy.
The subtext feels like the Wellignton Political Elite were being ritually humiliated.
After all, on 14 November, the New Zealand Defence Force announced that Chief of Navy Rear Admiral Garin Golding had received the interim Court of Inquiry report.
Ironically, this announcement seemed to thematically riff off another milestone date in New Zealand’s navigation history. On the 14 November 1959, a precision approach radar system came into operation at Wellington Airport, a world first evidently.
The date November 14 was also potent because on that day in 1979, Captain Lesley Simpson flew his allotted 901 flight, or 14 days, before the doomed flight. Captain Simpson became a major glitch in the cover-up narrative being spun by Air New Zealand and the Civil Aviation Authority. Captain Simpson — who had attended the same flight briefing as the doomed captains, Jim Collins and Greg Cassin — told the Royal Commission he gained the impression from Captain Ross Johnson’s flight briefing of November 9, that the flight track would lead the aircraft into McMurdo Sound to the west of Ross Island, with Mount Erebus well out to his left. He rang Captain Johnson after his return from Antarctica to point out that he had been surprised that the waypoint for McMurdo Sound had been further away from McMurdo Station that he had expected. Simpson said he did not suggest a course change. Rather, he told the Royal Commission he suggested informing the crews.
Yet, curiously this ‘flight track error’ was not ‘corrected’ before the airline’s 13th Antarctic Flight, which took off on November 21 with Sir Ed Hillary as commentator.
The potent historical riffing appears to occur even in the airline’s first Antarctica Flights, which took place on 15 February 1977. Since the ice-themed flights ended in epic tragedy, with the last flight taking off on the same date that Captain Ross departed from Port Chalmers in 1910 for Antarctica and never to return, it is uncanny that the airline’s first Antarctic Flight began on a date preserved in maritime history.
On 15 February 1882, the Gear Meat Preserving and Freezing Company of New Zealand Ltd, Lambton Quay, exported the first shipment of frozen meat by sea.
Since the day 15 February in 1882 became a date of national pride for nailing the world’s exported frozen meat shipment by sea, it would appear the inaugural Air New Zealand TE901 flight takes on a new spookiness.
Ergo, the airline had been transformed into a meat preserving and freezing company.
And therefore, it follows by the same dark brutal logic that the first Air New Zealand Antarctic frozen meat flight took place on 28 November 1979. And, 29 years later to the day in 2008, the first Air New Zealand mediterranean shark meat flight occurred.
Given Luxon’s decision to eject from Air NZ’s CEO seat before the 40th anniversary of the ‘Erebus Disaster’ and his subsequent numbskullian decision to cut the Defence budget by $1.5 billion, it appears the PM got a ‘punch’ on the nose. A codified comms appears to have be sent saying the defence budget is above the paygrade of Cabinet.
The timing was also uncanny because the Manawanui ran aground and sank about there weeks ahead of Samoa hosting the CHOGM confab, that discusses trade, security and the environment amid rising tensions with Russia and China.
Thus, it appears the Manawanui sinking may have been a scuttling op to achieve far-reaching geopolitical objectives in the Pacific, as well as to compromise Team Luxon.
And on Lux Luthor’s watch, in his first full year as prime minister, his drive to slash inflation by scuttling employment has driven almost 130,000 Kiwis out of the plantation economy, over the year to November 2024. The New Zealand Government stealthily maintains a threshold level of unemployment to serve the power of the Civil Oligarchy, who use their enormous wealth to steer politics. Indeed, N.Z.’s Government maintains this threshold level of unemployment by influencing interest rates through the Reserve Bank in cahoots with the Treasury. Higher interest rates results in less new business loans, that in turn shrinks economic activity and raises unemployment. By maintaining a visible level of poverty, this hidden mechanism of social control weakens the pay-bargaining power of wage and salary earning monkeys.
Analysis of 13 in the Numbers of Chris Luxon’s Career Path
I have shown how the prime number 13 lurks like an at-large marauding monster in the meta-data of events connected with the manufactured rise of a Catholic brand manager, who was propelled to the CEO seat of an airline that literally shredded documents pertaining to how exactly it sent a DC-10 on a collision course with a mountain without telling the flight crew. And how this creepy numerical character ‘Thirteen’ showed itself in the metadata of National Party’s election campaign, as well as Chris Luxon presence at NATO’s 75th Anniversary Dinner, to the subsequent sinking of a New Zealand Navy Ship on the 13th anniversary of the Rena Sinking.
In this second look at the recidivist ‘13’ lurking like a creepy special agent in the meta-data associated with New Zealand’s current prime minister, Snoopman has also shown how the deployment of this prime number appears to have become entwined with previous ‘deep events’. These ‘deep events’— which also appear to thematically riff off historical — have features indicating they were staged events to capture an administration by embroiling state officials in a cover-up and jolting the political trajectory of the country in favour of the national security state, their international partners and transnational corporate interests, while scuttling popular will.
To sum up, the career trajectory of New Zealand’s Prime Minister Chris Luxon became entwined with the serially offending prime number 13, that lurks like a creepy agent in the meta-data associated with his high octane rise to become CEO of Air New Zealand, and the status-building chess moves to construct credibility, in order to become leader of the National Party in a short time, and to dine in the White House.
Yet, this recidivist number symbol 13 can also bite, punch and assassinate either one’s character, one’s life and one’s soul, it’s said. 13 also delivers humiliation to elites who go off script.
