The ‘Shock and Awe’ sweeping changes that have been volleyed since zero day of the Trump 2.0 Presidency, are an application of the kinds of ‘shock treatments’ identified by Naomi Klein in her 2007 book, The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Captalism.
The Shock Doctrine detailed the application of a ‘speed, suddenness and scope’ modus operandi inflicted as shock therapy on whole sectors to overwhelm a society, in a grand quest to forge a global super-economy centred around the ‘American Empire’.
Klein’s book tracked the infliction of economic shock therapies around the world after they were first field-tested on countries such as: Brazil in 1963, Indonesia in 1965, Chile and Uruguay in 1973 and Argentina 1976 using US-backed military violence to destroy the Developmentalist Movement, which was a backlash to Western firms plundering resources. The West stifled development by refusing technology transfers.
Among Trump’s ‘Shock and Awe’ blitzkrieg was a greenlight for a $500 billion big data system comprising 20 half a million square foot-sized warehouses. This Stargate Project is actually a network of data conduct centers* for a fusion of an all-in digital monetary system requiring citizen bio-digital ID for efficient AI monitoring, and the management of sustainable poverty with a social credit-scoring financial control grid.
This announcement was made with Larry Ellison CEO of Oracle, who provocatively claimed in Snake Oil Salesman fashion, that the marvels of Stargate promised a future where genetic tailored vaccines could be fast-tracked to match each human’s diagnostic needs. Ellison’s controversial remarks generated high traffic to attact the investment class, while deflecting attention from Stargate’s control grid function.

Kennedy Jr as head of Department of Health and Human Services, installing Elon Musk as the unofficial head of the Department of Government Efficiency, and talking up the cutting of many programs of USAID — the scramble of sweets distracts from the solutions avoided.
It might be tempting to think that with the charm offensive of the Tech Bros around the new Trump Administration, that free speech, transparency and accountability just got a triple booster shot to make America immune again (MAIA) from corruption.
The sweeping changes involving wholesale scuttling of federal staff, harvesting data and installing technocrats are a checkmate set to Make Autocracy Grate Again.
Elon Musk, who is the unelected head of Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), is not cleaning up corruption. Rather he is switching the corruption model.
Indeed, Musk has fired 11 inspector generals, including all those at agencies that were investigating his companies, says Catherine Austin Fitts, a former Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, in the Bush I Presidency.
These are Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink, and X-Twitter. Musk is a ‘heat shield’ for Trump.
The ‘necessity’ of this new corruption model is all about steering America to a more perfect union of control over the pesky Tax Herds, who still range freely in the States.
The new corruption model is technocracy, which is a scientific system of social engineering, and it is set to displace the current administrative system: democracy.
Where Jonathan Nitzan and Shimson Bichler wrote in their 2009 study, Capital as Power, that from the perspective of the super-rich, the public and private sectors are viewed as two divisions of capitalism, and democracy is its administrative system — the American Oligarchy are presently making their play to fast-track technocracy.
It developed in the crucible of the Great Depression. Technocracy is a totalitarian form of government designed and managed by brainwashed technicians, engineers, scientists, sociologists, political science professors and economists, who naïvely believe they are building unbiased equality-enhancing governance infrastructure.

The blitkreig announcements are a distraction from the Nerd Reich’s playbook to fast-track the creation of a Network State. Trump’s ‘utopian’ proposal to build 10 ‘Freedom Cities’, is part of the Nerd Reich’s Network State plan. These Freedom cities would be built on federal land sold to joint-stock companies, to accelerate the Republic’s demise. Compliant tenants are to be ruled by CEO-Dictators in surveilled environs.
Perhaps the foremost journalist covering this ‘Network State’ beat is Gil Duran, who warns this ideologically-infused Silicon Valley idea has been mainstreamed by the Broligarchs. The Tech Billionaires intend to forge private corporate owned-cities across America. Duran believes their moves are a dangerous direction for democracy.
He cites a 1997 book titled The Sovereign Individual: How to Survive and Thrive During the Collapse of the Welfare State, which envisaged that cybercurrencies would help destroy nations states like the USA, which would pave the way for ‘cognitive elites’ to rule.
The billionaire Tech Bros envisage a Network State patchwork of joint-stock corporate-owned mini-countries, run by CEO Dictators where the monkeys are required to stop having opinions, and comply in totally sureveilled environments.
Duran reports that Palantir co-founder Peter Thiel was so captivated by the vision of The Sovereign Individual, he wrote the introduction for the 2020 edition of the book.
Thiel donated $15 million to J.D. Vance for his bid for the vice presidency.
As dissident journalist Whitney Webb said in a recent podcast The Paypal Presidency, “Palantir is the engine on which the deep state runs”. Palantir’s origin is revealing.
The CIA’s venture capital arm, In-Q-Tel, stumped up $2 million for Palantir, and for its first three years of its existence, the Palo Alto tech company worked on building its Gotham software. Gotham mines vast data-sets to produce tailored products for clients, and has been adapted for applications in defence, intelligence and security, as well as the corporate world, public health and immigration. Gotham tracked Al Qaeda. Yet, the same technology could’ve been used to track legitmate 9/11 suspects.
In early 2004, the ex-chair of the Pentagon Defense Policy Board in the BUSH II Administration, Richard Perle, a Zionist Neocon, had arranged for a meeting at his house, between the CIA’s former pointman in the Reagan White House, retired admiral, John Poindexter, and two of the co-founders of Palantir, CEO Alex Karp and his fellow co-founder Peter Thiel. Poindextor had headed the Information Awareness Office (IAO) Total Inofrmation Awareness, which spear-headed by the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in January 2002, to develop counterterrorism technologies. It was defunded by Congress in September 2003.
Earlier, on 29 August 2003, Poindextor had resigned from the office following a scandal in the Department of Defense involving a proposal to reward investor-speculators, who predicted terrorist attacks. Beginning in May 2001, or at least three full months before the 9/11 Coup D’état, the Information Awareness Office (IAO) of the United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), developed a futures exchange, based on an idea first proposed by Net Exchange, a San Diego, California, research firm specializing in the development of online prediction markets. Several US Senators condemned the Policy Analysis Market (PAM), which was part of a FutureMAP project, as an assassination and terrorism market.
Admiral John Poindexter, whio had been the 13th National Security Advisor in the Reagan White House, and Lieutenant-Colonel Oliver North were convicted for the Iran-Contra Scandal. Poindexter is widely credited as being the scheme’s architect.
Admiral John Poindextor had led the weapons transfers to Iran in the Iran-Contra Affair, and he oversaw people such as Lieutenant-Colonel Oliver North. The Iran-Contra Affair revealed the Reagan Administration secretly facilitated the sale of arms to Iran — which was the subject of an arms embargo, amid the Iran-Iraq War (1980-1988). The proceeds of the arms sales were used to fund the Contras, a right-wing CIA-directed rebel group in Nicaragua. The entire operation was ultimately funded with drug money, since the flights with guns to the Contras were returning with cocaine to the United States through Mena Airport, Arkansas, among other sites. According to former Newsweek journalist Robert Parry, the Nicaraguan Contras were but one militia in a contra-network of fighters in central and south America that were funded, armed, and trained under the auspices of CIA black operations, as he detailed in his 1999 book, Lost History: Contras, Cocaine, the Press and ‘Project Truth’.In his Nerd Reich podcast, Gil Duran lays out Silicon valley’s playbook to destroy the mangled 1st Republic of the United States, in accordance with the subversive vision of Curtis Yarvin, known as Palantir founder Peter Thiel’s ‘house philosopher’. In 2012, Yarvin called for a purge of Government employees, the blueprint for Musk’s DOGE.

Yarvin continued, telling his audience they should cease to have “political opinions”, and that they should believe in “history”. According to Yarvin, a republic is the same thing as a democracy, and therefore, the sovereign coporation of the United States had performed poorly because career bureaucrats came to ignore election results.
Therefore, the Government of the United States needed to be “deleted”. Yet, as Noam Chomsky explained in Requiem for an American Dream, the framers of the US Constitution were an oligarchy, who did not confer voting right to ‘natives’ or tenants.
Ergo, the American Oligarchy had grown tired of the nagging peasant pawns.
In 2022, Yarvin called for a CEO Dictator figure to be picked by Trump 2.0, who would be the Chairman of the Board. Yarvin, a software programmer called for a reboot of the U.S. Government akin to the Allied Occupation Authorities in Japan and Germany at the close of WWII, with a “full power start”, which is a Star Trek reference to a risky restart of The Enterprise that could cause implosion. The CEO Dictator would run the executive branch without interference from Congress or the Courts. Musk had taken unprecedented control over Federal programs, consistent with dictator behaviour.
Yarvin advised Trump to cut the federal civil service, in accordance with the slideshow that was presented by his alter-ego, Mencius Moldbug, in 2012.
In 2022, Balaji Srnivasan, who is friends with Yarvin, self-published, The Network State: How to Start Your Own Country. Srnivasan envisaged two pathways to the Network State. One was called “Exit”, wherein people would leave their own countries and found a new ones elsewhere. The other strategy was called “Voice”, to capture governments within, by buying a government through huge campaign donations.
Musk made over $280 million in campaign donations to Trump and other candidates.
Numerous commentaries on the billionaire tech-bros associated with Team Trump, dubbed the ‘Nerd Reich’, position Elon Musk as the richest man in the world. This appraisal is incorrect. The Forbes 400 Richest Billionaires tracks the wealth of second tier super-rich, and ignores the wealth of many dynastic families, such as bankers.
Musk — who was said to possess a wealth of $244 billion in 2024 — is not the richest.
Forbes Magazine plays along with the ruse that centi-billionaires are the world’s richest people, with their Forbes 400 Rich List of super-wealthy Americans. Such super-rich oligarchs are second tier. It would be too embarrassing to focus attention on the dynastic banking, industrialist and commerce families and the royal families, if their wealth tallies were published, detailed and their tax havenry scrutinized from insider whistleblower documents. In 2022, Elon Musk was ranked number one, with an estimated net-worth of $251 billion. His wealth fluctuates with his skullduggery.
Musk is counted among the global power élite, or superclass, engineering the world.
In an X post seen by 220 million, Musk endorsed Donald Trump within an hour of an alleged assassination attempt on the ‘shoe-in’ for the screen roll of U.S. Presidency.
Musk has built a global fanboy famedom by love-bombing, future-faking, stoking controversy, taking credit for other’s work, industrial scale lying big and small, relying on goldfish memories and playing a ‘rebel nerd’ backed by the national security state.
As blogger Erik Wikström argues in “Elon Musk: Genius, Billionaire Philanthropist: How the World’s Richest Moron Scammed His Way into Controlling Your Future”, the fake ‘founder’ of Telsa Motors has weaponized “Manufactured Chaos — the art of turning disaster into dominance.” In a world where a transnational deep state engineers regional de-stabilizations to stoke conditions for wars, inflicts economic warfare on nations to gain more state assets, and medicates the lead state of the Anglo-American Empire with psychotropic drugs at an industrial scale to statistically produce mass shootings — all in accordance with the Shock Doctrine — Musk is world’s premiere narcissistic sociopathic figure of our time. There’s much paltering occurring in ‘the wins’ for those who view themselves as the ‘resistance’ to this pivot to totalitarianism. A ‘double movement’ is in motion. One component of this double movement is the weaponization of truth, where exposures of compromising corruption, collusion and conspiracies emerged. The other component is this data harvesting feeds the technocrat’s Alogorocracy, or A.I. God Governance.
The revelations — which confirmed the resistance’s suspicions, built credibility with skeptics, and reinforced trust — serves the ‘desired solutions’ of the Techno Gov-Corp.
It’s like the return of a travelling circus of narcissistic socio/psychopaths hoovering in towns with a magic spell combo of love-bombing, future-faking and truth-bombing at the beginning of ACT I and before the hell-show starts in the second half of ACT II.

Who better than the Rebel Alliance’s ‘cool billionaire’ to be Apprentice Doge? Musk makes hopium noises with his mouth that are consistent with the aspirations gleaned from the great data analytics harvest off the big-tech dys-social media platforms. He is an expensive steam-valve to release pressure, while fan-boys cheer on the sly charade.
Musk exists in a Billionaire Cult Universe supported by bro-pologists like Joe Rogan, Alex Jones, Tucker Carlson, Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro and even Lex Fridman.
Conveniently, Musk promotes simulation theory in which he expounds the notion that the reality we perceive is like a computer game. Such a theory is subversive because if enough people believe this ludicrous idea, it becomes an ideology and eventually its elements evolve into a cult mythology, that typically justify wars, mass dislocation and plunder — like a kind of fusion of Fortnight, Minecraft and EVE.
This simulation idea trivializes the real everyday suffering of humans across the world who live with the consequences of over-entitled billionaires, for whom regime changes are inflicted by the US-NATO Military Empire, in order for transnational corporations to gain resources faster than their less connected competitors.
Ergo, the simulation paradigm is to a space-faring civilization zeitgeist, what the innovation of monotheistic religions were to kingdoms that wished to forge empires amid the technological innovation of iron swords: an ideology to regain control.
Elon Musk speaks of a concern that AI could pose an existential risk to humanity, unless its trajectory is regulated. But, does he genuinely care about the permanent enslavement of masses of humans who will have little choice, but to work for transnational corporations that control the hi-tech systems, resources and markets?
Because — Musk as a centi-billionaire, is allied with a cohort that is racing to develop AI, robots and technocracy protocols that will facilitate the fast-tracked displacement of masses of humans from employment. Between 2015 and 2018, Musk himself paid less than $70,000 in federal income taxes. Meanwhile, Telsa enjoys tax-breaks and state grants, and SpaceX snorts like a gorging pig feeding at the federal taxes trough.
To internal logic simulation theory is like a salve for fan boys and girls of Musk et al.
Those who have been processed into the orbit of Musk-think psycho-drama will let him ‘off the hook’ when he breaks things. The lives he can wreck don’t matter because they’re just ‘non-player characters’ (NPCs) in an epic comic scale planetary computer game. He is a Saviour Character in a simulated reality, who entertains fan boys and girls, while the lives of the ‘NPCs’ are up-ended, as part of the American Oligarchy’s long-range strategy to asset-strip the mangled 1st Republic of the United States.
As a Trump-appointed unofficial official, Musk has installed David Sacks, a former employee of Thiel, as the AI and Crypto Czar. Sacks raised $15m for the Trump Campaign. Musk has also appointed Marc Andreeseen who funded Musk’s takeover of Twitter, and he also raised $80 million for Trump and pro-Trump Pacs. Andreeseen has been “a key networker for talent recruitment” for Musk’s ‘DOGE Universe’.

Ergo, Trump’s longstanding campaign rhetoric to “drain the swamp” actually meant dismantling the public bureaucracy. In the Trump 1.0 Presidency, his campaign advisor Steve Bannon called it “the deconstruction of the administrative state.”
America’s media played along in the polarizing theatrics — that pitched the blame on Trumpettes — to frame Trump’s rhetoric about a deep state as a “paranoid conspiracy theory”. Trump cast the phrase to suit his role as a deep state political marionette.
In the Rolling Stone Universe, there weren’t eight pairs of shooters who fired in four distinct volleys at the Lincoln limosine in Dealey Plaza carrying President Kennedy. Nor, evidently, was Richard Milhouse Nixon present at Texas oilman Clint Murchison’s mansion for a celebratory party on the eve of the JFK Coup D’état, because the future president managed the Castro assassination team codenamed Operation 40, that had been re-assigned to assist with the termination of the President. And nor, apparently, was Kennedy’s body switched with Dallas Police Office J.D. Tippett, who had been shot 45 minutes after the President — by FBI agent, G. Gordon Liddy, because Tippett’s likeness to Kennedy was uncanny. And the head shot to JFK didn’t came from frontal low angle trajectory, like a rifleman was hiding in street drain on Elm Street. After all, America is immune to big bad conspiracies.
And neither, it seems, was Liddy — in his later role as Finance Counsel for the Committee for the Re-Election of the President (CRP) — involved in a year-long intelligence operation of break-ins and bugging of Democratic National Committee offices that had failed to turn up documents or photos implicating paranoid Republicans in the JFK Assassination. And nor, it appears, did CIA-pointman Henry Kissinger, and Jesuit-trained Knight of Malta, General Alexander Haig, plot the demise of Nixon by embroiling the President in the Watergate Scandal, with the ‘bungled burglary’ of the Democratic National Committee offices at the Watergate Hotel on June 17 1972. And nor, therefore, could there be an American Deep State that carried on to plot bigger, bolder operations — such as the 9/11 Coup D’état that occurred on September 11 2001. Why bother reading Kevin Ryan’s Another Nineteen?
Because the Washingon Post would have reported it all, already? At the time of the Watergate Scandal, The Washington Post’s owners, Phillip and Katherine Graham, had been friends with CIA Director Richard Helms and other CIA élite, as well as Helms’ boss Henry Kissinger, who remained unscathed by the scandal. In his 2015 book, The American Deep State: Wall Street, Big Oil and the Attack on U.S. Democracy, Professor Peter Dale Scott — who popularized the term ‘deep state’ — described it as a private parallel government that can be observed on the surface, in the background and amid the subsequent cover-ups of structural ‘deep events’ spanning the JFK Coup D’état, Watergate, the October Surprise, the Iran-Contra Scandal, BCCI Bank Collapse, the Oklahoma City Bombing, and the 9/11 Coup D’état.
This parallel top secret government, was a state within a state, that works as a deep political system which resorts to decision making outside and inside those publicly sanctioned by law and society. It links the Overworld with the Underworld and uses coercion at speed by unlawful means to overwhelm the visible government, Scott said.
Whereas, Aaron Good describes in his book American Exception: Empire and the Deep State, a tripartite state network to account for the democratic public state, the security state comprising the CIA, the Pentagon and the NSA and other actors who represent a deep political top-down veto power on democratic, legal and transparent processes.
Their insiders — who cross the state-corporate-foundation apparatus that comprise the American Deep State — periodically orchestrate a major reset that jolts the trajectory of the United States once every decade. Such resets are inflicted in order for the oligarchy to maintain control over the structural forces of a society, to jolt it onto a desired trajectory. And because America is the home nation of a global-scale empire, such ‘deep events’ impact the rest of the world and can alter the arc of history.
Such deep state networks penetrate the government administration, the national security state, the corporate world and beyond, to exert a hyper-power outside and above government. Thus, when Elon Musk claimed the federal bureaucracy was the problem, by saying it was unresponsive to election mandates, he was gaslighting.
Musk was there in the Oval Office as the Tech Billionaire with President Trump, essentially manufacturing consent to “drain the swamp” of deep state operatives.
But, any such deep state operatives removed are really a changing of the guard because the deep state network is getting a makeover, with more efficient oversight of the peasants commonly known as the ‘American people’. Cue House of Cards Redux.
The evil ‘genius’ behind Trump’s catnip chat rhetoric since 2015 about the Democrat’s ‘deep state’, is it convinced many to believe it actually was solely a Dem-Party Beast.
Fecklessly, the U.S. muppet-stream media cartel, and the alt-left media, portrayed the deep state as another American ‘conspiracy theory’ trope. All the while, their depth of diving into America’s major conspiracies is akin to snorkling in togs or bikinis.
Americans have been played in long-running nuanced pyscho-drama that not only includes the feminized Democrats emotionally hijacking mothers with the nurturing parent character role play, while the Republicans play the strict father model figure. And now the Musk’s DOGE Show is projecting male power to reassert control of a ‘broken home(-land)’, but the ‘series’ appears intended to televise a group programming to forward a hostile takeover masked by smokescreen controversies.
Therefore, it is worthwhile taking stock of the backstory to this psycho-drama.
In the eight-year time window between 2007 to 2015, from the beginning of the Global Financial Crisis, to the quagmire of the 9/11 Wars, the WikiLeaks Collateral Damage video, and the Trans-Pacific and Atlantic Trade blocs — Americans across the political spectrum, and the West, were in broad agreement that the peasants were getting screwed by the parasitic global ‘superclass’. Not for the first time, the Anglo-American Empire had a crisis of legitimacy. America is a propaganda superpower.

Meanwhile, Bernie Sanders’ anti-free trade campaign was so popular with the American middle class and working class, that it forced both Clinton and Trump to also campaign against the Trans-Pacific and Trans-Atlantic economic superblocs.
Intrigue sauce was squeezed on the frying political meats — while the top candidates publicly skewered one another — by WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. He said on Dutch Television that leakers face “significant risks” in reponse to the homicide inquiry of Seth Rich, the DNC’s director of voter data expansion. One month after the murder, on August 10, 2016 WikiLeaks tweeted that it was offering a $20,000 reward for information to help crack the homicide case. Insider knowledge of Sanders’ impending loss in the primaries to Clinton at the party convention vote on July 26, evidently triggered a murder in a posh D.C. suburb. Ironically, the Trump campaign’s use of Cambridge Analytica’s Facebook data-mining op also affected the 2016 election result, by exploiting WikiLeaks’ DNC data-dump of the DNC’s de-stabilization of support for Sanders. Ironically, Julian Assange had talked about the deep state. The Empire hated his guts.
Previously, Barrack Obama’s meteoric rise was also staged to manage bad optics.
After a year of battling it out in the primaries to make it seem like that Washington offered real choice, Obama edged ahead of Hillary Clinton on a Super Tuesday that conveniently followed a Bilderberger Conference on the weekend of June 1-3. As The Economist magazine, a NATO/Bilderberg Group mouthpiece, reported in “America at its Best” (June 5 2008), in any other country, the leading contenders would have been decided behind closed doors or with a limited franchise within a short time. That U.S. primaries season inaugrated the U.S. election as a daily political soap in New Zealand.
On October 30 2008, five days before the US election, The Economist endorsed Obama for the presidency. Featuring the lanky dapper Chicago Senator in “It’s Time”, The Economist reasoned the merit of Barrack Hussein Obama as president “would salve, if not close, the ugly racial wound left by America’s history and lessen the tendency of American blacks to blame all of their problems on racism.” The Atlantic Class spoke.
Once in the Oval Office, President Obama told a group of 13 bankers who had been bragging in the public media about their post-bailout bonuses, “My administration is the only thing between you and the pitchforks.” Obama was “crowd control” manager.
During Obama’s Administration, the Anglo-American Empire managed the expansion of the 9/11 Wars to carry on the destabilization of West Asia (aka the Middle East), that had been amplified by the NeoCon-Zionist combo barnacled to the Bush II Presidency-Ship. And the electorate couldn’t help notice that the DOJ maintained a ‘too big to jail’ of Wall Street banks, despite fining them all for rigging every market.
Meanwhile, with Julian Assange, Edward Snowden and Kim Dotcom on wanted lists, the mind of the American Deep State at that time was apparent. Since the fall of the Soviet Union, the competition for “moral space” had collapsed in the West, as Assange said in March 2015 during a U.N. side panel. During Obama’s Reign, Assange observed the United States investigated and prosecuted twice as many journalists and publishers under the Espionage Act 1917, than all previous presidency’s combined.
The West had developed a technique where the drawn-out ‘legal’ processes was the punishment, Mr Assange said. Meanwhile, eBay billionaire Pierre Omidyar, who bought Paypal, privatized the Snowden Archive to control the Echelon 5 Eyes spy network leaks to a dawdling drip, while he bankrolled an Alt-Left Media Monarchy.

And then in October 2017, along came Q-Anon, claiming to be a Department of Energy official with Q-Clearance, a top secret security level, whose drops were amplified by alt-right media outlets, including Alex Jones’ InfoWars studio. With Q’s brainwashing ‘Trust the Plan’ meme, a large segment of Trump’s base wasted much time, brainspace and food following Q’s breadcrumbs like an inversion of Hansel and Gretel, to be lead astray into the cyber-forest instead of strategizing, organizing and mobilizing to pursue resistance, re-education and resilience in the Offline World.
The Trump-Russia Scandal succeeded in justifying a new public-private bureaucracy supposedly devoted to mitigating information warfare, as Matt Taibbi found. This “Censorship-Industrial Complex” connected Big Tech cartel media platforms with politicized departments, intelligence agencies, and NATO, with a slew of ideologically-biased billionaire-funded foundations, astro-turfed NGOs, echochamber think-tanks, profit-driven data analytics firms and nit-picking ‘fact checker’ entities.
And then along came Joe Biden, who could barely even represent himself. Despite, the Washington Political Elite knowing about his dementia in 2019, the political theater continued to shift the ballasts of the American ‘ship of state’, which proceeded with the complicity of the media machine. And in the 2024 election campaign, neither Sleepy Joe or Kamala Harris could represent themselves, thus subtextually signalling to gaslit Americans that a more perfect system of government came with Trump 2.0.
The backlash to the Biden Presidency, including his coercion for employees to “get vaccinated” and the subsequent rise in excess vax-deaths, vax-ill and vax-disabled, was predictable, anticipated and inevitable. The new societal operating system required a crisis, that would perfectly split the population into three broad camps. The first bloc broadly holds onto the Corona Pandemic Myth, while the second passively sees that great damage was done to America, deepening division, poverty and ill-health.
Like the first two, the third ‘resistance’ bloc, are treated like video game non-player characters (NPCs). This ‘resistance’ cohort had to be sorted because an authoritarian regime can’t operate for long if a significant minority won’t comply. This minority was also predictable, anticipated and inevitable. They needed special management, to trick them into believing that with Trump 2.0 as President, he would be a Liberation Nirvana Guru to consign corruption, collusion and conspiracies to Alt-Delete Hell.
In his think-piece, “Checkmate: The Triumph of Technocracy” Erik Wikström argued that the ‘resistance bloc’ have been suckered into thinking the tech-bro billionaires around Trump are on their side. Wikström views the casting of Trump as an anti-establishment character as part of a cunning chess strategy, involving the Washington Establishment from both parties, Democrat and Republicans, being pitted against him.
The pseudo-pandemic was a global experiment to perform as the ultimate profiling operation in order to work out how to flip the resistance demographic to cheerlead the heist of democracy, particularly in America, since it is the lead state of the Anglo-American Empire. Thus, this speed politics in motion shreds the Republic’s organs.
Presently, while Team Trump has huge political credit, much of the resistance bloc are cheerleading for the billionaire tech moguls, who are accelerating technocracy.
They’re firing the civil servants who stand in the way of implementing technocracy.
Meanwhile, large swathes of the population have been siloed into more social media ghettoes, while big tech harvests the data for algorithmic police state profiling. And, the Herds of Couch Potatoes are suckered into virtual experiences of being heroes, with movies, series, and video games that feed the mind with emotional entrainment.
This technocracy checkmate move would not be the first great bamboozle.
During the ‘Inter-War Period’ between World War I and II, the British Secret Elite pursued a strategy to conjure a Hitler, foment the conditions for a second global war and bamboozle the Nazis, in a charade that carried on from 1919 to 1945. This evil plan required a prolonged period of economic hardship in Germany that would spark unrest out of which the necessary radical political movement could be expected to rise.
The British fraternity clubs monitored the Nazi Party’s development and then, by intentional trickery, supported it during the 1930s. To trick the Nazis into war on two fronts, again, something Hitler was loath to do, the British Establishment constructed an elaborate masquerade wherein they split into three intellectual camps — the Appeasers, the Moderates of the Round Table, and anti-Bolsheviks. This masquerade, which lasted between 1919 and 1945, gave the appearance of rigorous debate expected of a mature democracy, or pluralistic politics, while deceiving Hitler & Associates into the belief they had credible assurances of British neutrality. In truth, the British Oligarchy’s power in Britain was monolithic, or of ‘one mind’. Germany was played.
With the singular logic of power, the British Establishment pursued the supremacy of the British Empire by bamboozling the Nazi Empire, then razing it to the ground.

Trumps threats about high tariffs appear to be a strategic concession chess move, where the dealmaker’s proposition is really bad, and in the negotiating appears to concede ground in a ‘compromise’ in order to get what he really wants, as Hunter S. Thompson retells in The Rum Diaries, more generally. The tariffs threats may be designed to pull nations into discussions on fast-tracking the steps to establish Network States, with the Republic of America 2.0 as a mega-corporation running a reforged global empire.
Or, they may set the stage for worsening economic impoverishment, and amid such destabilizations trigger full scale martial law amid a declared national emergency.
And out the other side, a new bio-digital cyber transaction system and with much of the federal, state and county assets privatized to pay-down the national debt. This monetary system could turn out to be either a carbon-backed central bank digital U.S. currency, or an Amero-type crypto-currency for the North American Union trade bloc.

Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DoGE) has many believing he is making good on his libertarian brand-marketing, to downsize the federal government, snuff out corruption and establish transparency. But, Americans who voted for Trump will find out the hard way that the only place they will find transparency is in the lingerie sections of department stores. Trump’s announcement of project Stargate, to fund 20 big-data warehouses across America signalled step 2: the double movement.
The $500 billion Stargate project to build 20 half a million square foot data warehouses in the U.S., is a significant move in the build-out of a surveillance, security and stealth super-structure. The Stargate project is the Matrix’s brain.
These data warehouses, or data conduct centers, are needed for the control grid. The bio-digital transactions system is integral to tracking, tracing, tabulating, taxing, ticketing, tolling, teethering, and transhumanising the hackable human as stock.
Stargate is the American-iteration of a global governance system featuring SMART-Grid infrastructure for hyper surveillance. SMART means Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology. This technology harvests data to construct new maps for conquest over humanity, who are to be cast as redundant, expendible, and superfluous.
Recall that Musk’s grandfather, Joshua Norman Haldeman, was research director for Technocracy, Inc. of Canada? No? Now Musk, a military contractor and closet technocrat, heads the Department of Government Efficiency (DoGE), and wasted no time illegally sucking up U.S. Treasury data, while The Matrix’s brain, StarGate, was greenlighted. The Technocrats dotted their ‘i’s. The tech-billionaires promise freedom.

The projection of ‘need for speed’ is existential because America as the lead state of the Anglo-American Empire faces competition from its two rival super-powers.
The BRICS economic superbloc that Russia and China are forging, is a threat to the primacy of the U.S. dollar currency, which is backed by the Anglo-American Empire’s military. Since the U.S. central bank, the Federal Reserve, is a privately-owned banking cartel with a monopoly on the currency, the American Oligarchy can’t rest on their laurels for achieving a ‘century of enslavement’. To maintain social control, a totalitarian biodigital identity enslavement system is being rapidly constructed.
In it’s race to fund the creation of a techno-feudalist control grid across America and over the planet, the U.S. Government has run up a debt of $36.5 trillion, upon which the net interest is one trillion a year. Yet, there is a solution that isn’t on the table.
Musk said at a Trump Cabinet meeting (Feb. 27) that the reason why he was “here” as the figure head of the Dept of Government Efficiency (DoGE), was because he needed to cut government spending. He said that if the interest on the public debt continued to rise, it would become unsustainable and the United States would be bankrupt.

Naturally, Musk couldn’t point out that America is actually run by a Civil Oligarchy, meaning its plutocratic government works for a super-rich tier of oligarchs, who have disarmed and are defended by the state.
However, it was clear to Catherine Austin Fitts, a former Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, that the problem was easily solved by having the U.S. Department of Treasury issue the currency debt free. In a discussion with John Titus of the Best Evidence podcast, Fitts said “You put a country in a debt trap because you want to radically re-engineer, right?” This re-engineering is a hi-tech control grid, she added. Between them, they established the game plan was to remake the Federal Government with the public data siphoned off to the Tech Bros’ companies, which could be used to pump up the value of their Big Data enterprises such as Twitter, Palantir, Facebook, Amazon, and Google, and sell off federal land and mineral resources to reduce debt.
Catherine Austin Fitts knows much about the debt trap that America’s state managers have corralled the country into, in cahoots with Wall Street and the Federal Reserve.
With Professor Mark Skidmore, Fitts co-authored several landmark reports documenting how there was $21 trillion missing from the U.S. Departments of Defense and Housing and Urban Development (DOD and HUD) for the fiscal years 1998 to 2015. As journalist Matt Taibbi reported, Trump’s first Government forestalled any further research into the missing money with an edict in October 2018.
The edict titled, Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board Statement 56 (“SFFAS 56” is an administrative policy that in essence allows the government to keep secret books in contravention to the Constitution’s federal financial management laws.
Reporting for Rolling Stone in a story headlined, “Has the Government Legalized Secret Defense Spending?”, Taibbi asked Austin Fitts what she thought of SFFAS 56:

On March 10 2025, Austin Fitts’ website Solari Report stated in regard to the missing trillions that Professor Skidmore had identified with Austin Fitts, the former Assistant Secretary at the HUD during the George H.W. Bush administration, that the Trump Administration and DOGE have “remained utterly silent” since taking office.
The Solari Report also observed that Trump 2.0 and DOGE have not mentioned nor taken any steps to reverse FASAB 56, adding “Shouldn’t [the] missing trillions and secret books be at the top of any “government efficiency” priority list?”
The underlying logic in their plan is to keep the government in place because the Overlords like the sovereign power as an enforcement control system. But, the oligarchs don’t like the transparency. Public data will be hived off to private firms.
Indeed, there is a deeper game developing that has everything to do with the controlling the direction of structural forces, especially the technological innovations as they relate to who will lord it over the form of the new digital monetary system. As David Graeber observed in his 2011 book, Debt: The First 5000 Years, it is states that have established money systems, and they always start with credit. This doesn’t necessarily equate with interest fees. For example, in Sumeria, traders were issued clay tablets with credits equating to the value of hard goods presented at entry to a state market. In this way, a farmer with an ox could spend the clay tablet on an array of goods, while others in the market could buy portions of the butchered ox as meat.
Austin Fitts points out that neither the US central bank Federal Reserve, nor the country’s 17 intelligence agencies have put a stop to the Trump-Musk-DOGE Show. Yet, they could because they are that powerful. For instance, the CIA was established by Wall Street lawyers and bankers, to act as their intelligence and paramilitary wing.
Ergo, Trump’s executive orders and Musk’s firing of 11 inspector generals including at all the agencies that were investigating Musk’s companies, must have approval from paygrades well above either the President, or any of the Broligarchs, Austin Fitts says.
The motivation behind the fast and furious chess moves, also known as speed politics, that create sensationally kinetic news headlines, imagery, and soundbites — has everything to with what form the new monetary system takes. Whether it turns out to be either a carbon-backed central bank digital U.S. currency, or an Amero-type crypto-currency for the North American Union trade bloc, is decided by the dominant institutions, usually. Absent a state of shock, the risk is the watching public could stop these two options in their tracks due to the consumer-level digital connectivity.
Ergo, I sense the ‘Shock and Awe’ is to cause an atmosphere to overwhelm the public, and hasten their disengagement from resisting and submit to the new paradigm. The rush, may therefore be to upend every sector of society, so that when the next crisis is triggered the civil service is too dismembered to be a source of meaningful resistance.
Americans may be wondering why hasn’t there been firings at the Federal Reserve.
Because most Americans are unware that the Federal Reserve central bank system is owned by the global banks that own Class A shares in the 12 regional reserve banks, the U.S. oligarchy is able to get away with inflicting economic warfare — perennially.
The Federal Reserve Systems’ member banks are its joint-stockholders — every one of which receives a six percent dividend, annually. The 12 regional banks of the Federal Reserve System are each a corporation, and their member banks include all national banks and any state-chartered banks that are awarded membership status to the cartel.
The real windfall for the bankers comes with the access to the cheap federal credit.
Commercial banks pretend to loan savers’ deposits, which are invested in governments bonds, the stock markets and corporate securities to cover operating costs. Whereas, the credit for ‘loans’ such as homes mortgages, are manufactured, since the funds are borrowed into existence at the time a mortgage contract is signed. Investment banks can use the cheap federal funds to buy stakes in hard assets, or invest in projects or sell packages of securities in the casino of financial markets.
The privately-owned Federal Reserve banking cartel has a monopoly on the U.S. currency, and it has weilded that money creation power in attempts to break Russia. Indeed, without this banking cartel masquerading as state-owned central bank, the American Empire could never have become world’s leading, yet waning super-power. Yet, establishment figures are purveyors of propaganda it’s just a conspiracy theory, but they avoid answering the central question: WHO owns the Federal Reserve? As a money cartel with a monopoly over the currency supply, the Federal Reserve maintains a scarcity of cash and an abundance of credit-debt, sets interest rates, and controls America’s economic policy — while Americans unwittingly pay income tax to service the interest on the public debt. Ergo, financial elites of the Wall Street banking cartel have the means, modus operandi and motive to engineer crises, and in the mayhem, consolidate every industry, including banking — for an oligarchy.
Since the shares in the Federal Reserve cannot be publicly traded, the huge mergers that occur during a financial crisis are the key means for consolidating stockholdings of the U.S. central bank into the hands of the super-rich dynastic banking families.
Ergo, exertion over the politics of the American Empire occurs by shadowy stealth.
With this knowledge, a reading of the Federal Reserve’s structure on the Board of Governors’ website reads like a ‘rules playbook’, where the banker in the end always wins the game of Monopoly. Since there are twelve regional Federal Reserve Districts, the governors’ headquarters is essentially located in District 13, Washington D.C.
Thus, Monopoly begins to look like a ‘Remnant Republic Edition’ in a prequel to The Hunger Games, where 13 districts comprise a totalitarian super-state.
Therefore, it would appear that mass firings of the civil service were necessary to not only save Elon Musk’s companies from the federal investigations that were underway.
But also, because Musk and his associate Peter Thiel, are creatures of the U.S. national security state — as I shall show in the following section — it is perhaps that the Federal Reserve and Wall Street have in mind hybrid financial system that fuses the Fed’s intended central bank digital currency with a Wall Street crypto-currency.
The mass firings, data scrapping and reconfiguration of the civil service is likely oriented toward a pivot of the federal structure to suit the American Oligarchy.
In part 2 of his “Dark MAGA Gov-Corp Technate”, dissident journalist Iain Davis noted in one of Trump’s first executive orders, the U.S. President promised his voter base that he would prohibit “the establishment, issuance, circulation, and use of a CBDC [Central Bank Digital Currency] within the jurisdiction of the United States.”
However, Davis observed this promise came with a caveat: The order “shall be implemented consistent with applicable law.” Of course, statute law can be changed at any time. If oligarchs will it, they’ll make previous illegal deeds legal to win a game.
In early 2025, two bills were introduced to the U.S. Congress designed to create a federal framework for stable coins: the Stable Act and the Genius Act. The Stable Act which was introduced to the House of Representatives, requires issues of stable coins to maintain 1:1 ratio of bank reserves in U.S. Treasuries or cash desposits. The Genius Act, introduced to the Senate, allows banks and financial institutions to issue and settle stablecoins with oversight of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
The stablecoins are crypto-currencies on a blockchain, meaning such cyber-currencies track every transaction. With the coming 5G telecommunications systems, such transactions will be made via cellular phones, to fuse with carbon currencies. These blockchain cyber currency systems make it possible to trace the specific units of products to their origin, destination and destruction. This tracking, tracing and tabulating is possible with the fusion of Universal Product Codes (UPC), Internet of Things (IOT), and bio-digital ID cards to teether humans to a digital panopticon.
On March 14 2025, the U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced the U.S. Government intends to maintain the dominance of the U.S. dollar as reserve currency.
The stablecoin framework will work with dollar-backed dgitial assets. This means that the USD-denominated stablecoins are to be underwitten by US debt, that is by US national banks and financial institutions purchasing US Treasuries. Thus, the debt-enslavement financial system is getting a makeover to a bio-digital identity debt-enslavement carbon currency system, since technocracy is all about tolling resources.
Stablecoins are just as programmable and surveillable as Central bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), the “current stablecoin bill is poised to pave the way for the U.S.’ de facto CBDC” since several stablecoin issuers such as Tether have links to US intelligence and security agencies, reported Whitney Webb and Mark Goodwin.
Bessent said he wanted the Stable Act and the Genius Act passed by August this year.
As dissident journalist James Corbett reported, its the American deep state that operates the puppet known as Donald Trump. Therefore, when he enacted a 25% tariff on Canadian and Mexican goods and a 20% tariff on Chinese goods, sending the Dow Jones stock index into a 1300-point nose-dive over three days, a Trump Card was dealt.
Corbett argued that the American Deep State is moving to re-assert it dominance.
He points that hot wars start with trade wars that escalate into currency wars.
Wars start when markets ‘fail’. Historically, America goes to war when profits of the “Petro-Core”, the leading Fortune 500 oil companies specifically, BP, Chevron, Exxon, Mobil, Royal-Dutch/Shell and Texaco fall below the average investtment returns.
The world is still in the ongoing Third Hundred Years’ War, which began around 1900 over a struggle to control the territories, treasures and technologies to exploit oil.
Every empire needs an instrument of expansion. Where the technologies, institutions, and oil resources comprised the instrument of expansion that was fought over in World War I and II by ‘Oilygarchs’, it is now around the struggle to dominate the development of the computing chip in this ongoing Third Hundred Years’ War.
What happens to the instrument of expansion, determines the arc of history. By imperialist logic, whoever controls the computing chip, controls the world.
The computing chip has the power to collectivize all previous instruments of expansion mediated through transactions telecommunications and travel in instant time. But, if the world’s rulers lose control of techno-feudalism as the instrument of expansion, because human monkeys develop decentralized solutions, then the control of the world’s structural forces will become too dispersed to enslave the monkeys.
In a recent ‘symposium’ hosted by a former banker, Catherine Austin-Fitts, of the Solari Report, and three academics — David A. Hughes, Lissa Johnson, Daniel Broudy — presented a picture of a full spectrum dominance war, waged by the transnational deep state, whose objective is to enslave humanity via total control of territories, treasures and technologies. This symposium was also presented with the leading author on technocracy, Patrick Wood, whose book Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Globalization, laid out the origins and rise of the technocracy movement, as I said.
The OmniWar presenters know too well how staged crises act as trojan horses.
They made the case that a dystopian totalitarian technocratic system is being constructed before our very eyes, while technology upgrades get boosted amid periodic resets, and are actually the componentary of a global control grid designed to eventually fully integrate humans with biodigital nano-tech police surveillance states.
And they sketched the tactics, technologies and the tricksters of technofeudalism.
In other words, we are in a TOTAL WAR but most monkeys don’t recognize it because it doesn’t look like the total war of World War II and II. This hybrid war features economic, environmental, nutritional, medical, and psychological warfare.
Super-rich oligarchies use their enormous wealth to capture politics to steer society. Oligarchs can only exist in societies with extreme wealth disparities, and they thrive in crisis-ridden societies. In short, the super-wealthy cause crises, including poverty.

The Technate is shown stretching from Greenland, west to the International Date Line, and to merge Canada with Alaska and the United States of America, and south to encompass the Caribbean and parts of Columbia, Venezuela and the Guyanas.
Trump’s declaration of an national emergency on the southern border to arrest the flow of migrants through Mexico, and changing the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America, also gaining control of the Panama Canal, add weight to the case that behind ‘Trump’ is a chess play in group programming to forge a regional bloc.

Machinations to reforge the U.S. as a leading power in a ‘North American Union’ confguration have been underway for many decades, as anyone who has read the North American Union Edition of Daniel Estulin’s book The True Story of the Bliderberg Group, will know. The Bilderberg Foundation, which was founded by former Nazi SS Officer, Prince Bernhard, a German royal, who married into the Dutch Royal Family, hold annual confabs with 130 elites, who discuss managing the world’s pressing issues.
For instance, in April 1972, in Knokke, Belgium, the Bilderberg Group greenlighted David Rockefeller’s idea of a new alliance between the wealthy and politically connected of America, Europe and Japan. In July 1972, Rockefeller, who was also chairman of the Chase Manhattan Bank, hosted 250 oligarchs and elites at his country estate in Pocantico Hills, Hudson Valley, New York, where they formed a new global-policy shaping think tank called the Trilateral Commission. By joining forces with oligarchs from Japan, the Trilateral Commission’s task was to assist in the roll-out of the “1980’s Project”, which was a blueprint for forging a global super-economy.
Under the tutelage of the Chicago School of Economics, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg Foundation, the Mont Pèlerin Society and other billionaire or corporate-funded foundations — the ‘free-market’ reformers globalized neoliberal ideology, so that risky military coups could be avoided in developed civil oligarchies of the First World. The Shock Doctrine modus operandi of ‘speed, suddenness and scope’ would occur with a propagandist charm offensive.
Fast-foward to the mid-2000s, when the ‘free marketeers’ were seeking to forge the North American Union, its Technocracy Inc. pedigree was a Voldemort word.
On March 23 2005, in Waco Texas, a North American integration initiative was officially launched in a summit meeting between George W. Bush (USA), Vicente Fox (Mexico) and Paul Martin (Canada). A joint task force, called the Independent Task Force on the Future of North America, issued a report in May 2005, whose title was “Building a North American Community.” As Andrew Gavin Marshall reported March 17 2008, “The report’s recommendations included initiatives to establish ‘a common security perimeter by 2010, develop a North American Border Pass [North American ID card] with biometric identifiers, expand NORAD into a multi-service defense command,’ share intelligence, develop Mexico’s energy resources, ‘harmonize’ areas of energy, education, military, foreign policy, immigration, health, expand ‘temporary’ migrant worker programs, and adopt a common external tariff.” In January of 2006, the Council of the Americas and the North American Business Council issued a report titled, “Findings of the Public/Private Sector Dialogue on the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America,” which called for the establishment of a “North American competitiveness council” to advise governments on the implementation of ‘deep integration.’ The Chairman of the Council of the Americas was David Rockefeller, of the oil and banking Rockefeller dynasty. It was the Rockefeller-chaired Council on Foreign Relations that workshopped the 1980s Project throughout the 1970s, to be the blueprint for forging a global super-economy.
Transnationals see nations with neighbours as adjacent markets to be occupied and controlled. The idea of a Network State is an evolution on the trajectory of Technocracy Inc.s vision for regional technates, or jurisdictions to manage resources with hi-tech technocratic systems overseen by privatized governments.
It’s forerunner, North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) that was negotiated by President George H.W. Bush in 1992, and championed by President Bill Clinton after his inauguration, became deeply despised and remembered during the pushback against the attempts for TransPacific and TransAtlantic Partnership economic blocs.
In 1993, Trilateral Henry Kissinger promoted the passage of NAFTA:
“It will represent the most creative step toward a new world order taken by any group of countries since the end of the Cold War, and the first step toward an even larger vision of a free-trade zone for the entire Western Hemisphere.” [NAFTA] is not a conventional trade agreement, but the architecture of a new international system.”
This superstructure of this new international system, I contend, is techno-feudalism.
The billionaire tech-bros envisage a Network State patchwork of joint-stock corporate-owned mini-countries, run by CEO Dictators where the monkeys are required to stop having opinions, and comply in totally sureveilled environments.
The U.S. is in a situation where many in the ‘resistance’ have been lured, in essence, to believe Elon Musk has a portal to Narnia. But, after he finishes with chain-sawing closet of federal bureaucracy, the ‘resistance’ is going to find it’s not Narnia. It’s a techno-feudalist dystopia to corral Americans into 13 mega-regions with mega-cities.
In America, plans exist to transform the developing mega-regions of the continental United States into technocratic hubs of commerce with data-driven mega-cities.
Thirteen emergent mega-regions are earmarked to be re-forged in the U.S., that would be governed by hi-tech mega-cities, and would be built out by the dystopian year of 2050. This megaregions concept was identified in a 2006 “prospectus”: America 2050.
The mega-regions concept has gained traction and is promoted by the National Association of Councils, the Regional Plan Association, the National Committee for America 2050, the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, Columbia University, the Rockefeller Foundation and the Regional Plan Association.
The “America 2050” project — that was originally sponsored by the foundations of two of America’s leading dynastic families, the Rockefellers and the Fords — has been incorporated into the U.S. Federal Highways Administration’s plans, which initally featured 10 mega-regions. Neither Democrats or Republicans would vote for this plan.
The idea of hi-tech mega-cities sprawling across the United State of America implies a demise of the mangled Remnant 1st Republic — despite the rhetoric.
Not surprisingly, the “America 2050” project envisages trillions of dollars in investments would be needed for infrastructure, urban development and new energy systems — with environmental protection promoted as a core principle, naturally.
The “America 250” prospectus naturalized the formation process of the initial 10 mega-regions as “emergent”, as if networked state ethnographers, federal geographers and city biographers just happened to observe this organic phenomenon and studiously and spontaneously reported the patterns to one of the Rockefeller dynasty’s social engineering foundations — in case they might be interested in helping Americans become prosperous again, alleviate poverty, and mitigate environmental impacts while harnessing technological progress.* The plan mentions “creating world-class multi-modal transportation system, high-speed rail, airports and seaports,” with all of the transit links connecting to concentrated developments at central hubs.
This prospectus claims the America 2050 Strategy will preserve existing environmental systems termed ‘green infrastructure’, strengthen metropolitan regions and urban centers and alleviate concentrated poverty by expanding economic oppportunities to bypassed areas. Moreover, the federal, state and county roles would be reformed to align with the America 2050 Strategy to promote mega-regional decision making, collaborations across regional boundaries, and use federal funds to meet nationalized growth objectives. This strategy is about shoving the population out of their existing towns, homes and businesses and off their farms by upending community linkages, over-riding county and state legislators and capturing Congress.
The America 2050 prospectus steers the discourse on megaregions toward ‘partnerships’ between regions, states, and counties and companies Therefore, it can be seen how the governors of the mega-cities could come to govern the mega-regions.
In Megaregions and America’s Future, the authors explore the challenges of managing the sprawl between cities, states and regions. Yet, while this planning is couched in rhetoric about managing the structural forces of population growth, demographics, and resources, the imperatives of the American Oligarchy to reforge the United States is overlooked. Because capital will bolt if the returns on investment are lower than the average, America’s ruling families not only need a dynamic internal economy into order to remain the dominant military superpower to sustain the American Empire.
But also, since super-rich oligarchs can only exist in societies with extreme material inequality — as Jeffrey Winters stated in Oligarchy — their loyal armies of professionals manage the system to maintain their capture of the federal government.
Naturally, Columbia Review Press would publish Megaregions and America’s Future, since Columbia University was founded with a bequeath from John D. Rockefeller.
An overhaul of the U.S. economy with a hi-tech operating matrix in the near-future, is partly about avoiding America losing its hi-tech edge to China and other competitors.
This scenario was presented in May 2019, at the US National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence, chaired by Eric Schmidt, the former CEO of Google, and then chairman of Alphabet. Those vested interests represented on the NSCAI board from Silicon valley, the Defense establishment and intelligence agencies and had alignments with Trump’s Great American Revival Group — a network of global banks, transnational companies and big non-profits that had formed under the rubric of the Great Corona Hostage Crisis to re-invest in the U.S. economy. Thus, Rahm Emanuel’s famous dictum ‘never let a serious crisis to waste’ was in essence also the application of the Shock Doctrine.
The forging of these 13 mega-regions with mega-cities implies massive disruptive events, rather than organic slower paced structural forces, to shift the state populations into more dense, hi-tech bio-surveillance mega-cities, thereby making America more like China. Back in 2011, BlackRock CEO Larry Fink articulated the mindset of the ‘superclass’ of global elites who work for the top-tier super-rich.
Fink explained, “Markets don’t like uncertainty, markets like, actually, totalitarian governments where you have an understanding of what’s out there. Democracies are very messy. You have opinions changing back and forth.” Markets is code for oligarchs.
The “America 2050” Project leads the curious to a question: what’s special about 2050?
The year 2050 is one of global élites’ milestone years within the United Nations’ blueprint called Agenda 21 — as the author of Behind the Green Mask: U.N. Agenda 21, Rosa Koire explained to dissident journalist, Spiros Skouras in mid-June 2020.
By 2050, the planet’s overlords expect to have their blueprint completed and locked in place. This 100-year plan is designed to destroy the concept of the nation state, by devolving control into mega-city states governing mega-regions, thereby breaking county, city and state borders. This action plan seeks to inventory all lands, minerals, plants, animals, water, food, energy, production, humans, money, and data, Koire said.
The global élite advance a utopian vision of ‘sustainable development’ have grown in a decade, from $50 trillion, $90 trillion or $100 trillion. Now, it is either $200 trillion, or even a colossal $270 trillion, depending on whose estimates you take.
Investment tallied at a whopping $200 trillion to $270 trillion is claimed to be needed for the planet to meet net-zero emissions by 2050. The sums will fund the exponential growth curve of the so-called ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’. Such an enterprise would make the three previous industrial revolutions look like a bunch of garage inventors tinkering away with their technological gadgets at a world fair. The ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’ is code for a totalitarian universal empire with Techno-Feudalism.
The astro-turfing of the environment is the give-away that the global oligarchy and their professional armies of elites are not driven by any concern for rising CO₂ levels.
The logical fallacy can be un-braided in one sentence. If the global power elite had emphasized resource plunder as the primary environmental problem, this would have caused problems for the preferred solution: human herds corralled into mega cities.
Global mega cities, SMART Resilient Cities, and 15-Minute cities are an excellent way to train humans to live in closed environments as compliant goal-seeking humans.
This proposed build-out of a SMART-chipped green global economy implies epic-scale plunder, mass dislocation and wars. This ruse is about sustainable management of poverty, continuous behaviour modification and permanent enslavement.
Presently, there are nine mega projects that exceed $100 billion. A construction software company called 1Build estimates that before the end of the decade, the world will see the first construction megaproject with a cost estimation exceeding $1 trillion.
Many have been lead to believe that with the dropping of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), a corporate form of social credit scores, it also means the end of net zero carbon targets. However, carbon atom is the central metric for technocracy.
Carbon emissions have been emphasized as the common enemy because it is the linchpin to the objective of re-setting the world on a trajectory complete with a carbon-based technocratic political-economic system.

By claiming the means to measure every material, process and exchange with a single metric — carbon equivalence units — the financial industry will be able to combine these carbon equivalent values with financial derivatives. The life-blood is derivatives.
Because derivatives can price risk into a single unit (of whatever currency is stipulated to settle transactions), banking consortiums will gain the capacity to fuse the quanta of resources underpinning every transaction with financial derivatives, so that wealthy investors can earn income off the biosphere. Natural capital is the ‘heart’.
Under the rubric of a ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’, the development of computing technologies are drawing all processes, transactions and relationships into digitally-mediated protocols. The technofeudalist’s mind is hardened to mine minerals.
And BlackRock’s A.I. Alladin financial-casino computer will be in a synthetic nirvana.
The Broligarchs are the visible oligarchs whose wealth was made by oligarchs well above their paygrade, on whose behalf they perform while the Anglo-American Empire is reforged in a rivalry with Russian and China, amid a ruthless OmniWar.
This OmniWar includes a new trade war sparked by the political puppet, Trump, and will likely escalate into a currency war, eventually followed by a hot war between the superpowers.
