How New Zealand's Crises are Thematically Encoded with Historical Riffs to Signal Authorship, Cooperation and Caution — while Telegraphing Hidden Objectives

For the best part of five decades, New Zealand has been drawn into a ‘strategy of tension’ to alter its political center of gravity, by a transnational deep state network.
Over the course of hacked time, each new government administration uncannily undergoes a reset that alters the mandated political trajectory of New Zealand.
In this ground-breaking series, former Māori Television news and current affairs editor Steve Snoopman surveys the curious coincidences of calamities, catastrophes, or crises that jolted the nation while power, wealth and control were accumulated.
Snoopman traces a creepy trail left by spooky minds, who plot machinations with an eye on the past and a dark vision of the future — in cahoots with overseas networks.
He decodes pivotal crises whose timings indicates they are thematically designed to riff off historical events, to potently signal authorship, cooperation, caution and to telegraph objectives. The signals suggest players are communicating their cooperation to take a plot ‘live’, convey hidden objectives and to broadcast psychotic humour, thereby posting themselves like hostages — as applied game theory predicts.
In each of the crises sketched here, they appear to be packaged with themes of navigation, transportation, logistics, sovereignty, dominance and varieties of warfare.
Thus, it appears each of the 15 crises were inflicted to resolve, or were an attempt to resolve, a looming crisis either for the sitting government, the Crown or the national security state, or N.Z.’s oligarchy, or for a foreign government or oligarchy. The 15 crises that get a second look in this series are: Erebus Disaster, 28 November 1979; Springbok Tour, 1981; Trades Hall Bombing, 27 March 1984; Rainbow Warrior Bombing, 10 July 1985; Aramoana Massacre, 13 November 1990; Waitara Shooting, 30 April 2000; Operation Eight Raids, 15 October 2007; Air NZ 888T Flight Crash 28 November 2008; Pike River Mine Disaster, 19 November 2010; Christchurch Earthquake, 22 February 2011; Megaupload Raids, 20 January 2012; Kaikōura Earthquake, 14 November 2016; Christchurch Mosques Massacre, 15 March 2019; Corona Hostage Crisis, 2020-2022; HMNZS Manawanui Grounding, 5 October 2024.
All of these crisis events involved cover-ups that embroiled the Government, and compromised state managers. It is a crisis-addicted system of government by emergency.
Although some of these crises resulted in either no-one dying, or in only one or two deaths, I believe the intention was to maintain and expand the system of government by emergency that involves covert democide established by the ‘Erebus Crash’. This system of has steadily accumulated more power, resources and acceptance with each crisis because the group processing of the population is akin to singular gaslighting.
Democide is defined by R.J Rummel in his 1994 book, Death by Government, as state-sanctioned murder of any domestic person, or civilian people by government officials, who act with the approval of the highest officials or state policy, whether explicitly or implicitly, and includes genocide, politicide and mass murder.
And running in the background of these crises were the systemic abuses in state and faith-based care of children, teenagers and adults from 1950 and is ongoing. The Royal Commission estimated that 256,000 people were abused between 1950 and 1999.
All the while, each of New Zealand’s politically-captured governments maintains the use of toxic chemicals in agriculture, horticulture, food manufacturing, pest control, water supplies, cleaning products, building products, and public health pharmacology.
And meanwhile, New Zealand has a multi-decade poverty crisis that is systematically maintained by its public sector institutions in cahoots with the private sector cartels.
Beyond these crises, there are detectable staged ‘incidents’ that work to signal threats, cooperation, authorship, and to telegraph covert objectives, scapegoats and rewards.
Ergo, there appears to be another layer to New Zealand’s recent past and the trail of meta-data seems to reveal encrypted ‘glyphs’ or ‘runes’ of a network who ‘hex’ targets.
Many shock news events seem to comprise a low-grade war of trauma programming, economic warfare and ritual terrorism fitting within a ‘strategy of tension’ paradigm to forge a police state. A police state describes a government that exercises power arbitrarily through the wielding of law enforcement against the citizenry, rather than upholding the Rule of Law Doctrine to restrain abuses of power. If unchecked, police state formation can manifest into a totalitarian state controlled by a politicized police force that secretly supervises the citizens’ activities, inflicts punishments and controls the captured citizenry through fear and tightly regulated hope, for sinister ends.
As crisis management expert Paul ’t Hart observed, crises can be contrived and manoeuvred by actors within and external to the state apparatus and provided they can control the ritualized symbolic actions, they can also constrain the meanings. In an atmosphere of calamity and urgency, those who control perceptions about what caused the crisis and what might resolve it, will tend to gain politically, wrote ’t Hart in his 1993 paper “Symbols, rituals and power: The lost dimensions of crisis management” and published in the Journal of Contingencies and Crisis Management.
Political actors, whether they work in government institutions or in private enterprises, have incentives to smooth over concerns during crises, either because they do not want to make them worse, or because they are acting collusively to set a course toward a climax, from which they expect to gain in its resolution. Powerful groups use the media to relay information to ‘crisis stakeholders’. Ergo, newsrooms become vectors for perception management in the absence of vigilant filtering.
It turns out that this historical riffing in the far-flung archipelago known as New Zealand, also extends to referencing the demise of ancient Rome’s most famous ruler.
In the play, Julius Caesar, William Shakespeare has the soothsayer character warn Caesar to “Beware the ides of March”. More precisely, the Soothsayer warned Caesar a month earlier to beware a 30-day period ending in the Ides of March, that is, the times from February 15 to March 15, as Barry Strauss reported in “Julius Caesar’s Forgotten Assassin”. It is apparent the Ides warning telegraphs danger from 15 February.
It is therefore with interest that the writer of a Netflix series titled Secret City, would cast an Air New Zealand flight from Auckland to Sydney in a staged crisis involving hacking the air traffic communications to panic the government for 13 minutes. The crisis is staged to gain enough votes to get a bill before parliament passed that will establish the New Safe Australia Agency, with powers including jailing journalists for publishing classified data. The staged crisis was plotted by the Attorney General, in cahoots with the head of Australia’s Defence Forces, and the United States, against the backdrop of rivalries between America and China playing out in Canberra.
In real life, New Zealand’s closest international neighbour, Australia is identified as a pivot state for its ‘military strategic goods’. Pivot states are located at the seams of the international system sandwiched between the rival great powers and super powers. Since the Anglo-American Empire remains in the closet about the fact that it is an expansionist imperial project, the Snoopman reasons a closet empire needs a closet pivot state to act an ‘influence-multiplier’. As such, he explores a creepy logic that such an oceanic power alliance would require a closet pivot state to fulfil a trojan horse function, by acting as its lightening-rod, its lab-facility and its light-house.

The elements of staged event as ‘resets’ may include: betrayal, blind alleys, a cover-story, coincidences, contradictions, crisis rituals, errors, excuses, exercises, fore-knowledge, historical riffing, glitches, metaphor-laden symbolism, scape-goats, techno-prowess, tricksters, triggers, trojan horse tactics and a messy aftermath.
The captured political space succumbs to a consolidation of power, wealth and control as various actors steer the crisis rituals toward desired ‘solutions’, while shocked communities reel, in accordance with a Shock Doctrine identified by Naomi Klein. In this detectable subversive low-grade war, a striking pattern emerges from the features of a proven state-sponsored terrorist event, the Rainbow Warrior Bombing of 10 July 1985. In all of the other crises sketched in this dispatch, many have most of the features revealed by investigations into Opération Sataniqué, the mission to sink the Rainbow Warrior, that was carried out by the French DGSE.
Although it is well known that New Zealand was drawn into a corporate heist of the economy in mid-1984 with a currency crisis, amid an animated Nuclear Free NZ campaign, it is not commonly comprehended just what a delicately teetering domino the far flung South Pacific archipelago was to the Anglo-American Empire. This series makes the case that the government of Robert Muldoon was ensnared in a cover-up of a catalytic crisis, that altered the course of country’s history — without the comprehension of New Zealand’s naïve and easily misled population. In part 2 my “Terror Archipelago Down Under” series, I presented the suppposition that the Mount Erebus Disaster may have been air terrorism rather than an accident. It appears the purpose of a possible take-down of an Air New Zealand DC10 on November 28 1979, may have a codified threat to domestic insiders, as well as Western Elites, to move bureaucratic mountains to assist with forging a global super-economy.
This “Darkest Day by Dates Down Under” series focusses on the apparent historical riffing of the crisis events, and decode the metaphors that seem to the packaged to signal cooperation, authoriship, threats, scapegoats, and hidden objectives.
Key Findings: The event timings appear potent, provocative and politicized. The charged potency of the apparent historical riffs indicate that conspiring and colluding players are advancing a ‘group game’, to achieve hidden objectives while sigalling cooperation. All of the crises have involved cover-ups, embroiling state, council and corporate managers, who allow a biggering of the plotting, plunder, pollution, or poverty. Despite the scandals, the damage control also expands the power of the national security state, the deep state network and New Zealand’s civil oligarchy, who are tied to the Anglo-American Empire. The terror theater is terrific.

The adjective “terrific” derived from the Latin word “terrificus,” which means “causing terror or fear.” Terrific used to described events that inspired fear or terror, but by the late 19th Century the adjective came to describe things deemed awe-inspiring. This shift in meaning paved the way for the contemporary usage of “terrific” as an adjective of praise and admiration, like humanity had come under the spell of dark wizards and witches skilled in symbol sorcery.
New Zealand: A Shadow Pivot State?
New Zealand appears to be a shadow pivot state. Key insiders of the national security state seem to be behind, or complicit in, special operations to periodically inflict engineered ‘deep events’ — in collaboration with their Western counterparts — to pivot the Western-aligned countries deeper into the American Empire’s orbit.
Pivot states are located at the seams of the international system, sandwiched between the spheres of influence of great powers, or neighbouring a great power. During this present Age of Conflict — the West’s Third Hundred Years’ War — pivot states are particularly vulnerable to interference since the world system is undergoing such epic geopolitical tectonic shifts. New Zealand is a soft target for foreign interference.
A shift in a pivot state’s overlapping spheres of interest can reverberate with regional and global security implications, and be locations where great power interests collide and clash. Pivot states are usually located at the seams of the international system. In a 2014 paper entitled, “Why are Pivot States so Pivotal? The Role of Pivot States in Regional and Global Security”, New Zealand’s closest international neighbour, Australia was identified as a pivot state for its ‘military strategic goods’.

New Zealand’s national security state accumulates more power with each ‘failure’, scandal, or crisis, and key people don’t go to jail for criminal negligence, manslaughter, murder, or democide. Nor, even for conspiracy in crimes of deceit.
Periodically, a catalytic event appears to be inflicted upon New Zealand (or its assets in overseas territories), to compromise key officials in each administration, and thereby alter the nation’s mandated political trajectory. In some cases, the political leaders may have been a conspiring party to ‘Cross the Rubicon’ prior to a staged crisis being taken live. The expression ‘crossing the Rubicon’ has its origins when Julius Caesar crossed the Rubicon River in 49 B.C. with his army; an act that broke the law and was a provocation for war with the leader of the Rome, Pompey. The expression is commonly used to mean that the ‘point of no return’ has been passed.
The author of The Spectacle of the False Flag: Parapolitics from JFK to Watergate, Eric Wilson views false flag deep events as exhibitions of spectacular power to effect an enduring severance between the visible public state and the deep state’s invisible national security complex. The Monash University senior lecturer of public international law states that the spectacular power of a false flag deep event is that the spectacle is unifying, yet totalitarian in nature, because it short circuits transparent, open government and resets a nation onto a fully-fledged police state path and beyond. Such staged events always cast blame elsewhere, either explicitly or implicitly.
False flag deep events are designed to emotionally hijack mass populaces, politically capture public state authorities and reset the trajectory of a society onto a fully-fledged police state path and beyond. Wilson emphasizes the need to identify the battling factions who wage civil battles beyond the public state’s legal boundaries.
The reverberations of deeper machinations between the public state and deep state factions may be detectable in clustered events prior to, during and in the aftermath of spectacular false flag events. It is, therefore, critical to analyse the event clusters.

The curious coincidences of calamities, catastrophes, or crises, seem to riff off historical events. The history riffs link by thematic elements to the crisis at hand.
Such historical riffings are one striking feature of the tragedies, accidents and shocks associated with the islands of New Zealand. However, this pattern is not unique to the South Pacific archipelago. They indicate ritual displays of power by élite networks.
New Zealand’s deep state network appears to consult historical sources, such as publisher A. W. Reed’s 1973 edition of It Happened Today in New Zealand to choose the timing of a staged crisis, the precursor signals to communicate cooperation, and the aftermath’s cover-ups to codify cautions, threats and scapegoats — by theme.
By riffing off historic dates, key players may be signalling they are advancing a plot toward its trigger moment, and to signal on the chosen day that the trap has been set, as well as codify their moves during the cover-up stage that they remain loyal.
As I proved in my thesis, criminal élite networks do contrive metaphor-laden events to occur on symbolic dates. For instance, on the U.S. side of the Atlantic, Treasury official Neel Kashkari presented his symbolically titled, “Break the Glass: Bank Recapitalization Plan” in a secret meeting at the Federal Reserve’s headquarters in Washington D.C. This meeting occurred on the potently symbolic date of April 15 2008, or income tax filing day for wage and salary workers, which signalled who was going to be on the hook for paying the bailout bill: American tax-slaves. As the title of the ‘Break the Glass’ blueprint suggested, the plan for a massive tax-payer funded bailout from Congress was intended to be shelved and used once the arsonists lit the FIRE sector (Finance, Insurance, Real Estate) and a noble ‘rescue’ was needed.
Ergo, Kashkari conspired with the other officials present, including the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, Ben Bernanke, and the Secretary of Treasury, Henry Paulson.
Kashkari said:
“I think we all understand the calculus here, the limits of what we can legally do. How do you get the authority to prevent a collapse?” Thus, the plan was to advance the Global Financial Crisis so that the U.S. Congress would believe they had no choice but to authorize emergency public insurance payouts, or bail-outs, for Wall Street.
Precisely five months later, on September 15th 2008, all hell broke loose when news spread virally like a contagion through the global news-chain that the New York Fed would not bailout Wall Street’s fourth largest investment bank, Lehman Brothers.
In this way, criminal coalitions embed events with encoded metadata to communicate unity that they are advancing a syndicate game to signal promises and threats, to telegraph caution and control in the inevitable scandals, while exploiting crises. If other players are not seen to be posting themselves as ‘hostages’ with such encoded signalling — defections can be expected on the next moves, as game theory predicts.
Game theory was developed during the Cold War to stabilize the power structures of the Russian Empire and the American Empire. In their paper, “Resolving social conflicts through hostage posting: theoretical and empirical considerations”, Gideon Keren and Werner Raub noted that “tacit communications of threats and promises are two major message strategies used to influence the behaviours of others”. Being seen to advance the game with parallel, or mirrored moves, is a mechanism to construct stability and is predicated on a provisional promise to cooperate, if other players post hostages too. Such rituals create data for criminal investigations into crimes of power.
The ‘game’ implies punishments if defections occur instead of cooperation signalled as hosting postings, which can many forms. For example, posting directors on multiple corporate boards, cross-ownership of stocks, bonds and securities, and performative press conferences with symbol-laden numerical or metaphorical drops.
Such hostage exchanges work as vectors for the transmission of corruption, collusion and conspiracy, amid contrived ignorance performed by key players visible in metadata.
When gathered together, the metaphor-laden meta-data in these crises seem to show skillful subtext to hide each plot, that on the surface looks like an unexpected disaster that was ‘waiting to happen’, or was natural, or it was a crisis that errupted out of the blue, or they were acts of rage or rebellion that needed to be ‘put down’.
But, on closer examination of the elements, inconsistencies arise that demonstrate the official narrative cannot be true, and that the ‘grammar’ has been skillfully re-arranged. And like syntax, which is the branch of linguistics that focuses on arranging words and phrases to create well-formed sentences in a language — the crises re-examined here have features that in effect don’t adhere to the equivalent of the rules of the road for language construction, as if they happened by design with a trojan horse plot twist. N.Z.’s role as a test facility for new technologies, social engineering and political strategies may extend to the geographically-isolated South Pacific archipelago being a staging ground for novel trojan horse black operations.
This series explores crisis events that appear to be staged with metaphor-themed historical riffs, and seem to be inflicted to steadily drive police state formation.
In her 2007 book, The End of America, Naomi Wolf identified ‘10 steps’ as features that characterize a ‘Police State’, that are deployed to shut-down popular political participation. The 10 steps, identified by Wolf, to construct a Police State are:
(1) Invoke an External and Internal Threat; (2) Establish Secret Prisons; (3) Develop a Paramilitary Force; (4) Surveil Ordinary Citizens; (5) Infiltrate Citizens Groups; (6) Arbitrarily Detain & Release Citizens; (7) Target Key Individuals; (8) Restrict the Press; (9) Cast Criticisms as Espionage & Dissent as Treason; and (10) Subvert the Rule of Law. — Wolf (2006). It is an often overlooked point that economic impoverishment is key to undermining all rights, including freedom of speech, freedom of association and free of movement.
The incremental loss of such rights occurs hand-in-glove with the accumulation of wealth by a largely unseen oligarchy. Super-rich oligarchs convert their concentration of economic wealth into political power, which is why oligarchies cannot be undone by democratic procedures, as Jeffrey Winters stated in Oligarchy. Crucially, oligarchs can only exist in societies with extreme wealth disparities, and they thrive in crisis-ridden societies. Ergo, the super-wealthy cause crises, including poverty.
These dark events indicate that New Zealand has been drawn into a transnational deep state network, over a period of the best part of five decades to serve oligarchic interests — foreign and domestic. The uncanny timing of events’, their themed historical riffing and the patterns symbolic drops with numbers, metaphors and potent places, point to a well-resourced criminal network that functions with hierarchical structures and with deep penetration in New Zealand institutions, to command an operational level army of ‘soldiers’ to implement the complex plots.
Given the diversity of these events, that have the hallmarks of staged crises, such ‘soldiers’ would also be drawn from the civilian sector, since the range of skills, resources and access to public companies, professional firms and government institutions that are required to manufacture such chaos is beyond the capacity of the armed forced. Ergo, I trace a creepy trail of treachery inflicted by spooky minds, who I believe plot machinations with an eye on the past and a dark vision of the future.
New Zealand — A Soft Target for Interference
This story starts in 1977, when New Zealand was switched onto a track of police state formation, against a backdrop of rising international terrorism in a cruel world.
In that year, the Anti-Terrorism Squads (ATS) and the NZ Aviation Security Service (AVSEC) were formed. And in the same year, Prime Minister Robert Muldoon secretly authorized the establishment of the Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB), first informally on March 15, and then formally but secretly on September 1.
Muldoon stated in his imaginatively titled 1977 autobiography, Muldoon, that New Zealanders needed to realize that not only is the world a “hard, cold” place. But, also that New Zealand is subject to economic warfare attacks, as well as subversion by actors who find it easier to penetrate the N.Z. system than the more heavily defended systems of its allies. Muldoon reformed the New Zealand Intelligence Council with these issues in mind, to afford closer liaison between the Police’s Intelligence Section, the Security Intelligence Service, and the External Intelligence Bureau.
However, in Spyhunter: The Secret History of German Intelligence, Michael Shrimpton stated a small German intelligence ring stationed in Wellington had penetrated N.Z’.s state bureaucracy. Shrimpton says West German military intelligence penetrated the CIA and MI6, and had been carrying out industrial espionage, sabotage, and air terrorism to financially attack jet manufacturers, airliners and state treasuries in an undeclared war targetting civilians. The former English barrister says the Deutsche Verteidigungs Dienst (DVD) are specialists in talent-spotting and blackmailing future leaders. Evidently, the DVD at Dachau, near Munich, developed a specialist air terrorism division in the aftermath of World War II — because West Germany was prevented from possessing the new weapon of terror: nuclear bombs. As such, Shrimpton asserted that the collision of Air New Zealand Flight TE901 with Mount Erebus on November 28 1979 was air terrorism inflicted by the German DVD.
It is intriguing, therefore, that in the aftermath of Bill Sutch being scapegoated as a KGB spy with a one day show trial in 1975, Muldoon would host a visit of West German President Walter Scheel in October 1978. President Scheel had been a card carrying member of the Nazi Party, and had served as a radar operator in the Luftwaffe on a Messerschmitt jet bomber. Mr Shrimpton claims the SIS’s failure to identify the career bureaucrat, Mr Sutch, as a DVD agent, led directly to the undisturbed penetration of New Zealand’s state bureaucracy by the DVD ring, to carry-on their subversion. The former-English barrister said the DVD — Germany’s equivalent to the CIA — had also heavily penetrated the Carter Administration.
Bill Sutch had been accused of being a Soviet spy by the NZSIS, and despite being in retirement, he was arrested after Prime Minister Norman Kirk had died suddenly after fish ’n chips. Sutch was humiliated in a farcical one day trial, but acquitted by the jury. Muldoon appeared to accept the SIS’s official view on Sutch. However, the ‘Sutch Affair’ seems to have been theater between factions locked in a fight to carve up the public state. Because, Mr Sutch had been instrumental in a concerted effort to re-industrialise New Zealand, which occurred on Labour’s watch between 1957 and 1960, and continued with National — as Bruce Jesson recounted in his 1987 book, Behind the Mirror Glass. The Minister of Industries and Commerce, Phil Holloway and the Secretary, Dr Bill Sutch, signed eleven secret agreements with overseas companies to establish industries in NZ. These included the Marsden Point Oil Refinery, New Zealand Steel, and Comalco Aluminium Smelter at Tiwai Point. The projects teethered New Zealand’s wealthy families to foreign interests. New knots needed teethering.Amid this domestic rivalry, a blueprint dubbed the ‘1980s Project’ to re-assert dominance over the world was work-shopped in Gotham at the Council on Foreign Relations, chaired by the ‘brain’, David Rockefeller, of the oil and banking dynasty.
It turns that the Rockefellers’ Standard Oil cartel were among 13 American industrial corporations that had contracts with German corporations prior to and during World War II. For instance, Rockefellers’ Standard Oil purchased significant stakes in General Electric, General Motors and IBM, whom supplied the NAZIs war machine with patents, technologies, and parts. The American industrialists conspired with the American ‘Fraternity’ of bankers, to build up the NAZI war machine prior to World War II. These 13 US industrial firms were: the Ford Motor Company, General Motors, International Business Machines (IBM), Standard Oil of New Jersey (now Exxon-Mobil), DuPont, Dow Chemical, Alcoa Aluminum Company, American I.G. Chemical Corporation (later renamed General Aniline and Film), American International Telephone and Telegraph (IT&T), Radio Corporation of America (RCA), General Electric; Ozalid, and Agfa-Ansco. The firms repatriated profits after World War II.
Hitler’s Anglo-Swiss-American-backed NAZI Germany conquered the core area of Western Civilization and held it until 1945, and monopoly capitalism was supplanted with finance capitalism, that was later circumvented by techno-feudalist globalism.
The wars of the 20th Century were a wrecking ball to smash nation state autonomy, while marketing liberty, as William Engdahl showed in A Century of War. Indeed, the 20th Century’s worst totalitarian regimes such as Soviet Russia, NAZI Germany and even Communist China’s foray as a hi-tech test facility, were all conjured, funded and resourced by Western capitalist coalitions. All wars are bankers wars.
The Rockefeller’s Standard Oil also invested in American I.G. Farben as a means to transfer technologies, patents and investment to NAZI Germany to build up the Interessen-Gemeinschaft Farbenindustrie (I.G. Farben) chemical and pharmaceutical cartel. I.G. Farben manufactured chemicals for explosives, engines to run in freezing temperatures, and the Zyclon B gas to poison spent slave labour from the concentration camp system built across Europe. The I.G. Farben cartel comprising six companies — BASF, Bayer, Hoechst, Agfa, Chemische Fabrik Griesheim-Elektron, and Chemische Fabrik vorm — were supplied with the most advanced fuels, anti-knocking products, and oil additives vital for NAZI Germany to convert to a viable mechanized air force, army and navy.Curiously, Muldoon acknowledged Sutch was a “driving force” behind the Industrial Development Conferences. In his sanitized biography, Made in New Zealand: The Story of Jim Fletcher, Selwyn Parker mentions the old Sir James Fletcher attended these San Francisco conferences, that comprised 500 of the planet’s leading industrialists, bankers and feudalists from the very first one in 1957 and by 1969, his son Jim was on the policy board. The Fletcher Dynasty’s founder, Sir James Fletcher I (1886-1974) and his son Sir James Muir Cameron (‘Jim’ or ‘JC Junior’) Fletcher II (1914-2007), both used to rub shoulders with the Rockefeller Dynasty’s leading patriarch, David Rockefeller, as well as Marcus Wallenberg of the Swedish banking dynasty, and Giovanni Agnelli at the élite invitation-only International Industrial Conferences. All three oligarchs were regular attendees of the annual Bilderberg Foundation confabs, which was founded by former Nazi SS Officer, Prince Bernhard, a German royal, who married into the Dutch Royal Family. For their part, Rockefeller’s Standard Oil re-registered its oil tankers with Panama, a neutral country during World War II, to evade the British Blockade, meaning the oil dynasty could supply the NAZI Empire with fuel.
It is my contention that the South Pacific archipelago has been subjected to a secret, sinister ‘strategy of tension’ for nearly five decades to shift its political center of gravity away from being a centrally-planned democratic socialist state to a centrally-planned technocratic police state, while serving a closet talisman-pivot state function.
In any case, the Snoopman observes a rollout of componentry characterizing a ‘Police State’, that are deployed to shut-down popular political participation, as identified in an American context by Naomi Wolf in 2007 book, The End of America.
The cumulative effect over the course of hacked time and captured political space, is that the ten features of police state formation are either present with varying degrees of advancement, or are of sporadic deployment, or they have reverted to a latent mode awaiting the right crisis for permanent roll-out. If unchecked, police state formation can manifest into a totalitarian state controlled by a politicized police force that secretly supervises the citizens’ activities, inflicts punishments and controls the captured citizenry through fear and tightly regulated hope, for sinister ends.
Moreover, if my thesis is correct, such black operations will continue unless their stealthy, clandestine nature is exposed and becomes common knowledge.
The supposition presented here is that New Zealand’s well known role as a test facility for technological innovations, social engineering pilot studies and for trialling deceptive political strategies, also has a deeper sinister role. It’s my belief that the geographically-isolated archipelago is a staging ground for novel trojan horse coups d’état, to act as the closet Empire’s lightening-rod, its laboratory and its light-house.
This series sketches 15 crises revealing previously undetected patterns that indicate the hidden hand of a deep state network appearing to inflict black ops. The underlying blueprint to these patterns in this sketch holds true in the aftermaths.
A likely rebuttal is that Snoopman’s argument is just logically flawed cherry picking.
However, the coincidences associated with 9/11 and the American Deep State operatives are so numerous, one would have to be a die hard coincidence theorist to fail to see that a network are not indictable for the terrorist eevnts of September 11 2001. Moreover, the event’s date not only riffed off America’s emergency phone call number. But also, the date appeared intended to riff off the anniversary of the foundation stone being laid to commence construction of the Pentagon in 1941.
In his excellent book, Another Nineteen: Investigating Legitimate 9/11 Suspects, Kevin Ryan links many of his key suspects to the means to pull off such an epic, brazen exhibition of blockbuster live terror theater. Ergo, 9/11 had an ensemble cast. Ryans’ account deftly shows the continuity of ’the Enterprise’ observed on the surface, in the background and the subsequent cover-ups of structural deep events from the JFK Coup D’état, Watergate, the October Surprise, the Iran-Contra Scandal, BCCI, the Oklahoma City Bombing, and the 9/11 Coup D’état. Swiss historian Professor Daniele Ganser lectures that the entire official 9/11 account itself collapses under scrutiny.
Resets are inflicted as mechanisms to re-assert control over structural forces, including technological innovations — because without such periodic resets, the ‘Overlords’ would lose command over their systems of hierarchical power.
For instance, World War I — which was triggered with a covert operation on June 28, 1914, in the City of Sarajevo — ended with a ritual display of spectacular power by timing the cessation of hostilities to occur at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918. Yet, popular history would have it, that the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand and his wife by Bosnian Serb nationalist, Gavrilo Princip, was the reason for the start of World War I. It was the merely trigger event; no one is that popular.
Encouraged by a Russian military attaché, Colonel Victor Artamanov, the assassination was planned by the Serbian intelligence, who cast six teenage students for what was, in essence, the inciting incident for what was really a two global war-theater play. In an epic conspiracy with brinkmanship, plot twists, and betrayals, Britain’s Oligarchy sought a British-led New World Order, with America as its subordinate partner. (Naturally, the Americans had their own ideas about world domination). And with immense hubris, Britain’s Secret Élite bribed officials, military commanders and royals from numerous countries to foment war — as retold in Gerry Doherty’s and Jim Macgregor’s Hidden History: The Secret Origins of the First World War.
In their follow-up book, Prolonging the Agony, Doherty and Macgregor revealed how the British Secret Élite devised the Gallipoli Campaign in the Dardanelles to sacrifice Australian and New Zealand men, to keep the Russians in the war. Tsar Nicholas II fell for the plot because he failed to realize the point of World War I was to embroil Germany and Russia into an epic conflict that would wreck them, in order to control their development, so that they would smash each other again. And in the process, the British hoped to absorb America into a reforged the British Masonic Empire.
Ergo, when the rhetoric — every ANZAC Day — refers to the sacrifice of the men who were blown apart by shells, shredded by machine gun-fire and stabbed by bayonets, there is a double entendre occurring. And, so the Snoopman felt compelled to re-examine New Zealand’s ‘darkest days’ with the focus of a dawn-raiding navy seal.
As a modus operandi, such historical riffing signals authorship, cooperation, caution and to telegraph objectives. The signals suggest players are communicating their cooperation to take a plot ‘live’, convey hidden objectives and to broadcast psychotic humour, thereby posting themselves like hostages — as applied game theory predicts.

* Each of the examined crises are entwined either by dates, institutions and players, or by references to prior events, either domestic or international, that indicate NZ’s national security state is more interested in accumulating power than fully disclosing the truth of such events. Patterns emerge such as training exercises ‘going live’, institutional transitions impairing emergency responders, and an apparent ‘too stupid to be stupid’ modus operandi that is repeatedly passed off as bureaucratic blunders, corporate clownery or government grandeur. Yet, hidden hands are detectable. The broad range of crises points to a well-resourced criminal network that functions with hierarchical structures and with deep penetration in New Zealand institutions, to command an operational level army of ‘soldiers’ to implement the complex plots.
